SpringHill Suites Phoenix North

Property was in good condition. Area is ok with some signs of vagrants but I did not encounter any on the property. Overall room was clean but could use some small improvements (ie replace older AC outlets over the work desk with an AC Outlet/60W USB-C combination outlet charger instead). Shower could use a deep cleaning, bit of staining on the bottom of the tub, but otherwise clean.

Dirty carpets. Hallways smelled, as did the room. Roaches in room.

The room and the staff are awesome.

Stayed here for a night visiting for a graduation, front desk receptionist (I think she was the manager) was very sweet and accomodating. Our room was ready before the 4pm check in, only odd thing was the pull out couch bed was broken and there was a off putting smell from the cleaning chemicals they use. Other than that great hospitality and food was decent.

This was a great hotel coming from Los Angeles for AEW double or nothing I was spectacle for the price but this is a bang for your buck so clean ans comfy! I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Glendale/Pheonix area!

The folks here were real nice. Hotel was clean and great value for the price. Breakfast was hot and good. Clean. The actual area was very quiet.

Room was good, was hoping to see another TV where the pull out bed was, we had to share the TV with the third person...we all had to sit on the bed.

Room wasn’t cleaned enough when we checked in, didn’t get full cleaning service during our stay.

bathroom you couldn’t even close the door if you wanted to breathe looked it up and it said most likely mold, called the front desk asking if we could move for kids safety he then proceeded to get an attitude and say there was nothing he could do i asked to make a note of what i was saying if anything happened health wise with my kids he laughed and said “now ms.poole” like i was a child, the front desk just wasn’t very polite went downstairs at morning time after deciding that was to much risk when they didn’t even deny that wasnt a possibility ladies up front were abrasive also my husband was just asking if they were bringing out more waffle mix it was out my 3 kids were starving she looked at him and said patience like he was a two year old when he was literally just asking if that was something that gets refilled because it’s not common the hotels we’ve stayed at so we just needed to know to adjust plans, spoke to the manager on site and she did agree to let us leave early to get outta there and get a new hotel by this point

I liked that it was close to where we were going.

clean & updated with pool

I missed the entrance to the hotel, and it was hard to turn around and go back.

Big rooms, clean, good breakfast. Sink was slow to drain. Looks like they are updating the hotel.

The room itself was nice. The staff was nice and the continental breakfast was good. I gave 3 stars for cleanliness because our room smelled strong of sweat and dirty shower drapes.

I would like if they would clean more often. Other wise it was ok for the 2 day stay.
