Very unprofessional

For the price its great the rooms are fairly new, Up to date modern style inside and out. Parking can get squirrely from time to time. On Expedia you are provided 1 reserved parking space with you reservation

Made a reservation for 4. Was lacking linens for the pull out sofa bed and towels. The smell of the eco-friendly cleaning agent/bug repellent was strong. Having some size to the room and a separate bedroom from the rest of the apartment which has a small kitchenette was nice. We had an assigned parking space, but other people parked in it. Check in is off site in hotel circle, so if you are transportation limited, this might be a challenge. Directions for the unit appear geared for air bnb. The value proposition is pretty good, especially if you are doing things close to the apartment, like working/visiting sharp or rady's hospitals. Close to Convoy, University of San Diego, and very close to 163 freeway access

Stay was great, I got two rooms both were clean and well maintained. The only issue is the shower door was alittle wobbly and felt like it was going to fall. Other then that very happy with stay.

Great room for the price of the area. Clean and ac worked great. Only thing is that it had minimal towels and make sure to bring your own toiletries as the ones they provided was very small but worked for us.

Really bad service rooms were dirty

The front desk of the hotel we had to pick up the key from was unclean, rude, & did not communicate with us hardly at all when asked questions. Room itself was cute and comfortable but barely had any towels or toilet paper, things expected and requested extra of. Would stay again with more communication with property & time to plan — But bring everything yourself as complimentary items are not provided at all.

Modern style studios

Collecting keys for room was 5 miles extra drive to different location. We had 6 year old and 1 year old with us, property has restrictions as there is quite period which mad us to worry and keep shhing our kid as others might get bothered.

There was no bedding ( sheets, blankets or pillows) for the sofa bed in the room. Luckily we had a small blanket in our car to use. Also there was no hot water in the shower. Had a cold shower in the morning. Also, was not aware that this location was not an actual hotel. It’s an apartment building that you have to check into at another location.

They did not have the room ready by the time we arrived, had to wait two hours for it to be cleaned, and we had to get the room key from an office 3 miles away. Poor responsiveness on part of the staff. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

Modern and has a separate bedroom with a door.

I called to check-in, and they notified me that they were a satellite hotel, so I had to pick up my keys at their main hotel. I didn’t mind this, but I did mind that when I showed up they said they could not find my reservation. It was at this time that they canceled my reservation all together and told me I could upgrade and stay at their hotel. I didn’t want that so I asked for my refund. I politely told them to please just give me my refund, and not make me have to waste my time to get my money back. They said okay, but they never did, and I had to waste my time calling customer support to get my money back. I understand having to drive to a different location to get some keys, but to waste someone’s time especially when they’re being cooperative with you is just sleezy.

That the cabinetd are stocked with pots and pansand utensils.

Good price, comfortable conditions for staying for several days.

I read the reviews after booking the stay and I was skeptical but it was better than I’ve could’ve imagine. The apartment was clean and cozy. It was perfect for two people. The only complaint I would have is the check in was at another location. There is a parking fee too.

The rooms are clean but my tv did not work

The property was nice and clean but felt that it wasn’t suitable for 4 guests. They property didn’t have enough blankets and bedsheets. Otherwise a good stay

The vent from the microwave is greasy and it stinks up the whole place. I also couldn’t get any warm water to shower so I couldn’t shower not to mention figuring out how to turn on the shower was a hassle. Bed was pretty hard as well.
