Staybridge Suites Long Beach Airport, an IHG Hotel

Great property

This was our second, two week stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and having a full kitchen with dishes,pots and pans was a money saver. The free washer and dryer was a major plus. The only thing was requestiing housekeeping. They only came one time in two weeks which was interesting. Overall a great experience.

Incredible customer service rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome. Hot tub and pool was a hit. Will definitely return.

Was great

The stay was great however on two occasions when I came to the front desk, no attendant was there. Had to wait 5-10 minuets each time and when finally somebody showed up made me feel as I was being rude

The room was clean and very accommodating

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean . The drapes and other kitchen electronics did not function 100% . The people above us were extremely noisy until 3 Am and again. At 8:00 AM even with security asking them to be quiet.

They need to monitor the people using the pool big bbq party going on and the ppl weren't even staying there when they were done, they picked up all their stuff went to their car and left

Hotel staff was friendly, I wish they had more options to have coffee throughout the day for guests in the lobby, we were not able to utilize the pool due to a prior commitment/maintenance, bedrooms were nice and clean, including the bathrooms, and all complementary items were well refilled. Kitchen area was very nice and clean, beds are very comfortable.

The rooms are very clean; the breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety; would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Long Beach atea.

Our room was large, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The two reasons I only gave it an okay rating was because of the noise outside the hotel from a group of teenagers from 10:00 pm to around midnight and the laundry facilities. Only one washing machine out of three worked and it was extremely slow. For me to do two medium sized loads, it took over four hours to complete it. The machines definitely need to be replaced.

The convenience to the Long Beach airport. It was quiet and clean. Staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was good each morning with a variety of biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, and yogurt with fresh fruit. The fitness room had a good amount of equipment compared to other hotels with three treadmills, two ellipticals, two exercise bikes, a cable machine, and free weights.
