Staybridge Suites SAN ANGELO by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Property listed Grill, Pool, Hot Tub...grill was not in good repair and hot tub was closed the entire 5 day stay. Room also had difficulty keeping the A/C up with the texas Heat. it was noticably warmer during the day/afternoon hours.

Property does not have housekeeping. Will bring you clean towels upon request. No service on weekends.

Surprised me with its comfortable beds and bedding. Also, breakfast was very good.

The hotel manager was extremely friendly and helpful! The pool was closed for repairs, which would have been nice to know in advance, as we would have stayed at another hotel with the pool up and running. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, although there were non-smoking signs everywhere. The room was hot at night, because the a/c unit only reached the living area part of the suite, which was uncomfortable. The breakfast was fine, but the service for breakfast was again uncomfortable. Another guest notified the breakfast staff that the waffle batter was empty, and she was very harsh with him. It’s a decent hotel, but it could definitely use some work. The rooms really need to be remodeled to accommodate a second a/c unit, or at the very least a fan, for the super hot climate.

Ease of parking. Front desk was helpful and courteous. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

We specifically chose this hotel because of the amazing pool pics. When we got there we found out the hot tub was broken and they drained the pool...

The property was fine nothing wrong with it but Travelocity wasn't correct for the room the one I seen and reserved through Travelocity, not correct the breakfast wasn't as described on Travelocity either

Stay was great. The staff allowed us to check in early and check out an hour late due to the circumstances of our travel. Breakfast was great and had lots of options!

Great stay close to campus rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Would stay here again when visiting San Angelo.

Was upgraded to a larger suite, what a wonderful surprise. Very spacious! Loved having the kitchen, separate sitting area and bedroom. Very nice. Breakfast was good. Staff were wonderful! Only suggestion would be to upgrade the couch/chair in the living room.

Good location and friendly staff. Hotel could use better breakfast items but overall it was ok. Not complaining at all. Very pet friendly!

This motel was truly one of the better travel 'stops' of my recent journeys, which have been many. Besides comfy beds, and clean, well appointed rooms, the weekday happy hour is substantial and festive. The breakfast choices and coffee were most varied and available.
