Smell

The say breakfast is included. But their idea of breakfast is juice and coffee . also the gym is being remodel ,if it is at all. because you couldn’t see if they are working because the door glass was covered .

Kinda crunk. Room smelled like old cigarette butts. Fairly quiet, cheap, and airport shuttle, though. Walkability is very low, fyi.

This was a last minute stay due to a delayed flight that made me missy connecting flight. I booked it since it was close to the airport. It provided shuttle and breakfast. I even called the facility to confirm. They said yes. The place is run down and needs a lot of restoration. There was no breakfast. Nor did the shuttle come. The lady was on the phone and said “the guy was trying to get another driver”. I was traveling internationally so I HAD to be there on time. I wasted money on breakfast at the airport which we all know is pricey. As well as having to pay for an Uber.

I wanted to give this more stars, but a few key issues with the property. First one, and it is a big one, there is no breakfast. I will reach out to Expedia and ask them to correct that. You will see a photo of a pretty decent continental breakfast offered, but when you come down in the morning, you get one granola bar. So you do not think I made a mistake in the description of the breakfast, I will repeat it. One granola bar, that you get at the check-in counter. They call it their "on the go breakfast." I am not joking. Also, no coffee machine in the room, that is a pretty big thing for me.

The hotel advertises “breakfast included,” but the only thing they offer is a coffee machine. When I asked at the front desk about the breakfast, they simply pointed to the coffee machine. It’s embarrassing. They should not advertise that breakfast is included when all they provide is a coffee machine — with no milk, no sugar, nothing — just cold coffee. The non-smoking rooms smell terrible, strongly of marijuana. The carpets are filthy, and the rooms themselves are extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Honestly, do not stay at this hotel. It’s incredibly bad. I don’t understand how the staff can allow the hotel to be in this condition if cleaning and maintenance are their responsibilities. Also, the airport shuttle service does not work. When you call the front desk, no one answers — I tried several times and nobody ever picked up. The receptionist is empty all the time. no one at the reception to help you Please avoid this hotel. It’s a terrible experience

There was mold and the paint by the tub in the bathroom was peeling off and left an unpleasant sight on the wall and the show did not worked, but the rest of the room was fine.

We arrived at the hotel and found that the room was in poor condition. The double bed and the restroom were already damaged. The toilet seat was broken and unusable—it was terrible. We immediately requested another room, but the staff told us there were no other rooms available and simply said “sorry.” I don’t understand why I had to pay such a high price for such poor conditions. I have taken pictures to document everything. I will be posting a detailed review about this experience. Your hotel and company should not treat guests this way. I’m requesting a full refund for this unacceptable stay. Please respond promptly.

It’s safe and clean, comfy and centrally located to many things to do. “Breakfast included” is a bit misleading. You can have one granola bar, OJ, apple juice, tea or coffee. Beds were ok and room was on par with the price. We enjoyed our stay minus the “breakfast” and lack of a pool.

The hotel advertised breakfast, but they only offered a granola bar. I signed up for a 7:30 shuttle to the airport but it didn’t arrive until after 8. The front desk staff was not helpful or interested in assisting. I felt that I was an inconvenience to her. The toilet in my room was unstable. Bathroom tiles were loose. Bed sheets had cigarette burns in them.

This is by far the best hotel I stayed at with moderate prices. The staff here is very friendly and so helpful and very understanding. The rooms are a very nice size well maintained and kept up with snd very clean

I stayed here for a matter of hours due to a long layover.. the shower left a lot to be desired.. there was one light bulb that kept flickering.

Room.smelled.like smoke. Obvious stains. Knob was gone off of air/heater could adjust. Room needed to be painted as wall are patched up. Rug was disgusting, wall holders falling off the wall. Dusty all around.

Looks good on the outside but the rooms are inhabitable when you walk in it smells like mildew and mold really dusty kept sneezing through the night i woke up feeling ill from the mold smell and my whole body was itchy from the dusty blankets i wouldn’t recommend this hotel if your traveling with family or kids. And they dont serve breakfast coffee was cold

Se rentó solo una noche por escala en el aeropuerto. No había servicio se recogida en el aeropuerto (como dice la página), llamamos y dijeron que no estaba disponible y seguiamos dentro de horario establecido. Ademas la cerradura de la puerta no funcionaba. Para un paso rápido, esta mas o menos bien. Es un hotel barato y viejo. Depende tu presupuesto, puede funcionar.
