We had no wash cloths or hand towels, dogs barking all night, carpet in hall dirty, pillows on bed were hard need to be replace Was trying to have a peaceful night it was a nightmare. I will never stay here again

I guess you get what you pay for but it was pretty terrible all around

Out in the hall is noisy. Spotted a few roaches.

Toilet was stopped up,the carpet by the front door was ripped carpet was dirty ,will not stay again

Property is not maintained well. Rooms smell smoky. Minimal breakfast offerings. Disappointing experience.

Rooms were clean only thing was the parking lot was littered with trash, clothese and other junk. Besides the parking lot enjoyed the stay

The room was clean and in really good shape. You definitely get a quality room for the vslur price. My kids also liked the hotel. The breakfast was alright too. Food was average but well stocked. I would stay there again.

They city was not bad but the hotel was not clean. Had to kill a critter, blankets had holes and burn marks, stained towels had other people's hair...

The whole Building smells like people smoke inside, to the point where it stinks up the room. There were bugs in the bathroom, bathroom was dirty, shower, floor, shower curtain was filthy. Bedding was dirty. Staff was nice.

How they can charge money for rooms the way they are is crazy business… Was meant to be there for 3 nights, only managed 1. The room has this weird sour stench, the room itself is dirty and in the morning, I ending sharing the room with cockroaches. After talking to the receptionist about the Cockroaches, they didn’t say “we’ll move you into another room” they just said “I’ll let someone know” I asked for a refund and the receptionist just looked at me like I was speaking a different language! Never did get that refund… Stay Sure? Stay Far Away!

The tub was dirty, the carpet in the room was stained and filthy, the hallways had carpet squares that had visible filth all the way down the center. They only had one towel in the room, the rails in hallway were sticky all the way up and down and it seemed like entering a tenement, not a motel. Extremely disappointed in the condition of a Best Western. People were smoking pot in the rooms in several places down the hallway and no one seemed to care. The breakfast was not even close to "deluxe" that they advertised. Not even any hot food. I have stayed in Best Western around the world and chose this for that reason. I have no idea why Best Western allows the use of their good name for this dump. The toilet paper holders were installed across the room from the toilet and only 8-10" off the floor. LOL. The shower rod connections were all rusted. The noise after 1 and 2am in the hallways was crazy. Couldn't call the desk as the phone was not working. Both of the outlets on the desk side of the room didn't work and neither did the plug in the lamp on the desk. The only outlet that worked was behind the TV and accessible only by plugging into a surge protector strip that was sticking out and absolutely filthy.

As much as i hate complaining about an affordable room. I am extremely surprised there isn't more honest reviews of this hotel, and thia should be mentioned so others arent blind sided by the pictures. Upon walking in you will be smacked with the smell of cigarette smoke. The staff are friendly. They were quick to help get us new bedding when our bed was full of crumbs/food droppings. I PRAY it was food. The window doesn't open so there is no way to get the hot stuffy cigarette smoke to leave your room. We ended up going to the dollar store and buying a smoke odor neutralizer, a lemon scented spray, a lemon scented essential oil puffer AND disinfectant wipes because there were splotches of pee on our toliet. Cigarette burns in the bed and floor even though it says no smoking. We plan on coming back to visit Ignite Church in the future, but this hotel will not be on the list of safe places.

It was ok, but overall very disappointing. The hotel smelled heavily of cigarette smoke . You couldn’t turn off the water in the shower— it was running a little when I got there and I couldn’t get it off. The hallways were dirty.

Not a good place to stay. TV remote is not working. The place has awful smell. From the terrible stairs through walking down the hallway it smells like musty odors. Doesn’t look and fells clean at all. One bed has stained bedding. We arrived late already so we did not bother to have it changed. We just slept in 1 bed. TV remote was not working. Continental breakfast are toast, no cream cheese or anything besides butter, cereals, orange and yogurt. Drinks are coffee and orange juice. No water. Pls note they don’t allow eating and bringing of food outside the breakfast area.

It was a good value for the price. The breakfast was better then expected with more options than prepackaged pastrys and granola bars.

I’d hate to write a bad review since I’m the least bit picky but people should know the truth. I didn’t personally mind too much, but if I’m honest it wasn’t a great stay. There were people who were clearly abusing substances running around at all hours of the night being loud. As soon as we stepped in, the entire place reeked of cigarettes and weed. The shower was dirty, we saw TWO cockroaches on our last night, the “breakfast” was just a closed room with a gallon of milk and some cereal. It didn’t seem bad on the website until we stepped in. The staff was friendly and helpful, however, so that made it a bit better. It was simply a convenient spot close to a lot of places. You get what you pay for at least, but I definitely won’t be going back.

I didn’t expect much for the price, but still the experience was not good. First, after check-in, as I approached the room, I discovered the room was already open. I searched the room a bit and I decided just to take the room because I was already tired. However, it seemed something was not right. As I slip into the bed, I felt itchy. I don’t know if it was bed bug or what but I couldn’t sleep. I ended up sleeping on the chair. Lastly, the bathroom was not clean. I usually don’t give 1 or 2 starts especially for this price, but the experience staying here was not pleasant.
