Everything was great but there was a daily $40 fee that you couldn't get out of. They said it was "New York tax". Other than that no issues and very safe!

We loved the hotel. The gym was especially good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Just one suggestion - there is a ‘Destination’ charge of approx $40 (inc taxes) per day charged to your account automatically. It was mentioned that if you buy food or drink from the hotel whilst you are there, then the hotel will credit you $20 each day you buy the food or drink. However, what they didn’t mention was that this $20 credit is NOT made if you pay cash for your food or drink. So it is important to charge food and drink to your room. Not a huge issue for us as we only paid cash once but would have been good if this was made clearer. Great hotel despite this.

I was expecting more from a Westin hotel. We requested a higher floor to avoid noise, but even on the 32nd floor the street noise at night was very disruptive and my kids had trouble sleeping. The beds were small and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was outdated with an extremely loud flush. For the price paid, the service and facilities did not meet expectations—overall, low value for money. On the positive side, the location was excellent—just steps away from Times Square, Broadway shows, bus tours, and plenty of dining options.

We loved the location and amenities, restaurant, convenient store, and all other things they offered in the building. But the room was in terrible condition. THe furniture - the wood is peeling, broken, fridge was broken, closet door missing. It was in horrible shape. THey need to redo the room, paint, replace furniture , replace broken items

The Westin Times Square is a hidden gem, alittle further out from Times sqaure but close enough to hit all the major attratctions. Safe, clean and staff helpful. The Breakfast is a bit pricey if you dont have vouchers but a good buffet.

We loved the location and amenities, restaurant, convenient store, and all other things they offered in the building. But the room was in terrible condition. THe furniture - the wood is peeling, broken, fridge was broken, closet door missing. It was in horrible shape. THey need to redo the room, paint, replace furniture , replace broken items

Everything was great but there was a daily $40 fee that you couldn't get out of. They said it was "New York tax". Other than that no issues and very safe!

We loved the hotel. The gym was especially good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Just one suggestion - there is a ‘Destination’ charge of approx $40 (inc taxes) per day charged to your account automatically. It was mentioned that if you buy food or drink from the hotel whilst you are there, then the hotel will credit you $20 each day you buy the food or drink. However, what they didn’t mention was that this $20 credit is NOT made if you pay cash for your food or drink. So it is important to charge food and drink to your room. Not a huge issue for us as we only paid cash once but would have been good if this was made clearer. Great hotel despite this.

Very good hotel, well located. Service at front desk is not at Westin level. Smell in the lobby is not great. Definetely something to do to improve the quality but good choice overall and clean.

The Westin Times Square is a hidden gem, alittle further out from Times sqaure but close enough to hit all the major attratctions. Safe, clean and staff helpful. The Breakfast is a bit pricey if you dont have vouchers but a good buffet.
