The staff were so helpful. Made my stay ao beautiful

First the address was wrong but close so we found it. It was in an unsafe part of town. It was overpriced and in poor condition.

people upstairs were noisy and they could not get tv to work in our room

Well the person that checked me in was very pleasant. But that's about all the food o have to say. Very expensive for the kind of sump it is. The floor was dirty, I did get a few bites from bed bugs, which is terrible,but the worst thing was I went to shower in the morning and the water color was brown. I let it run for a about 5 minutes and no change. I did take pictures too. And before I went to shower I had made coffee in my room and the water was brown there too. NOT HAPPY AND I DON'T RECOMMEND STAYING HERE WHATEVER

The room was not as clean as it should have been. I didn’t like the smell of the room when I walked in. For being part of Wyndham I would have expected the overall experience to be more appealing. The front desk worker who checked me in was very nice. I do appreciate that.

I’m not sure how this place has a decent rating on here. Must have been fake reviews. Flooring was coming up, major tripping hazard. Plastic wrapped around the shower head. Towels were just thrown up on the shelves and hanging somewhat folded. Floor had piles of dirt, like someone forgot to finish. Locked out of room on the second day, had to go get our key reactivated. Breakfast area was a joke, only two tables and no way to move around, very tight quarters. Hard to read and adjust the heater settings, the dial was basically unreadable and we had to guess. If you moved anything around the TV and hit a cable, the tv went off. Really needs some more updating and upgrading by proper professionals.

The people at the desk were short and rude. The room was filthy, sticky, and the door wouldn't shut properly.

This is the 3rd. Time I have stayed there, they’re very attentive when you do need something, I’ll be going back in May, I’ll be staying there again, keep up the good work

While convenient to get to, the room was so/so.

The front desk clerk was wonderful! However, the aor conditioner had knobs that were broken so we got very hot during the night. There also appeared to be dried blood on the wall in the bathroom.

Nothing worked in the room. No tv, no lights no electricity.

Charged me twice for room even though I booked through Expedia. They fixed it but it shouldn't have happened. Also, my parking area was blocked with construction materials - normally not a problem but it was pouring rain most of the time I was there.

First off, the room was fine. HOWEVER, the ad on Hotels.com was very misleading. I was not expecting an old-style motel from the ad. I was instantly transported back to my childhood - not in a good way. The continental breakfast and the breakfast area were a joke. There were two tables squeezed into a corner in the bad-smelling lobby. The ice machine had a smattering of wood chips in it, but no ice. On the plus side, the room was fine (the floor was a little dusty). The shower was hot and strong. There was a refrigerator and microwave. To top it off, we were awoken at 7 am by roofers! I understand that work probably needed to be done, but I shouldn't pay $90 and get no warning of that at all.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Older building, so bathroom in particular was a little more worn, but definitely had been cleaned as best as it could be.
