Vista Suites of Pigeon Forge

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I was told no refunds no matter even if I had an emergency and had to check out early. Stains in the carpet, stains on the bed cover and curtains with small holes. No hot water for 3 days because I want informed the hot water tank was drained before checking in. Bed was like sleeping on concrete with a blanket. The hotel room phone did not work and when I asked them to fix was told if I needed a phone to apply for a government phone. Light bulbs were broken and when ask for them to be replaced they handed my light bulbs and told me to fix it, I denied and said it’s your job I’m a paying customer. Hotel staff were rude and just sat around the lobby playing on their phones. When I told them about the bed and ask them for a different room they said there was nothing they could do. I had to use the same towel for a week because they said they didn’t have a cleaning person. I would not recommend the hotel to anybody. I would rather sleep in my car.

The rooms are run down not the cleanest, the spell of the dirty carpet was over whelming.I had to change rooms four times due to my standard of being clean. Finally the sixth floor was room was a lot better. The property was very clean on the outside and the staff was very friendly. The clerk Joesph went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. The maintenance man who was staying next door to us made the trip really memorable. There was a bear harassing the cars in the parking lot but he kept up in the loop and safe. I don’t remember his name but me and my husband both think Marvin the maintenance man (may or may not be his actual name) was the best part of our trip to gatlinburg. Anyways, parking is easy, room was clean, pool is set up like a theme park pool, bed wasn’t very comfy hence the 4 stars but overall, the value was great.

Refrigerators in room were turned off with standing foul Smelling water on the shelf’s. The ice machine did not work. Pool was dirty

Our first room had issues such as curtain rod falling out of the wall. We were given a new room upon asking and our second room was much better. They need to turn the AC on in the lobby though as it was off the entire week and just hated walking through the warm stuffy lobby.

Hotel was okay. Beds were clean and staff was friendly. Hotel needs some work but decent for the price. Couldn’t get the WiFi to work at all. Pool and hot tub was very cloudy and needs some repairs. We decided not to swim in the pool. Used the hot tub for a bit, but was a little lenient to get in. Shower water pressure was not the best, and shower was very hard to turn off and on. Shampoo and conditioner would’ve been nice as well. Overall, you get what you pay for. Would recommend if you’re just needing a place to sleep for a night at a low cost.

By far, The worst hotel experience in my life. No hot water, the rooms were a disaster. This place needs shut down.

The breakfast was nearly inedible. When we checked in, we weren’t told anything other than handed our room key. When I asked if there was something else we should know, we were told no breakfast is from 7 to 9. There was no mention that the outdoor pool was closed, even though the schedule online says that they should’ve been open. There was also no explanation as to how to get to our room, which was easy to figure out, but no directions were given. The breakfast was missing several key elements constantly such as plates, plasticware, food items, etc. If you’re just looking for a room close to stuff, then this is fine. If you’re hoping for a breakfast, you’ll be sorely disappointed.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, Vista Suites, fell short of expectations. Our room had significant water damage on the ceiling, mold in the shower, and stained sheets. The AC didn’t work, so we had to purchase a box fan just to get some relief. The room also had a strong musty smell, and the overall upkeep of the property felt neglected. This hotel has potential in a good location, but it really needs better maintenance and care.

Bathroom toilet was broken, it moved from side to side. Towels were dirty and so were sheets and comforter. When told the manager he said just to be careful about toilet and gave new sheets to change. Breakfast was not that good.

The facility and staff was horrible. I don’t even know where to start

I booked a mountain view room, had a view of the awning instead. The room smelled like a dirty sock. The one staff member was unfriendly and kind of rude. Ice machine didnt work. Pool was closed. Waste of time and money.

Terrible place to stay. The room was incredibly dirty with old food in the corners, dried “stuff” dark in color on the sides of the toilet, stains on the sheets, multiple wet spots on carpet, dried “splatter” spots all over the walls, dried “drip” stains going down walls, mold in bathtubs, owner attempted to forcefully enter occupied room AFTER complaints were filed, owner refused to provide receipt upon checkout

Housekeeping does not straighten room daily

The best thing about this property was location for the event that we were there for. When we arrived, we found our room to have a stopped-up toilet, hotel staff weren't very friendly or helpful, only one ice machine and it wasn't working for a 7-story hotel. We were told no refunds and to reuse the towels that were provided in the room. (3 towels) The front desk attendant had to turn in a work order for maintenance on the stopped-up toilet because they didn't have a plunger. We were gone for 8 hours and returned to find that the toilet had not been taken care of, reported it again to a different front desk person who stated that they would be right up. An hour later, I was back down at the front desk to see what was going on and he was just getting their plunger to come up and take care of it. We never made it to the "hot" breakfast because our friends went down and said that "the eggs had the texture of grits, no meat, no milk for the cereal, no creamer for the coffee, and the waffle batter sticks to the waffle maker and burns." We would've checked out yet were told that the hotel would have to approve a refund and the owner had already stated, at check-in, that there would be no refunds. We definitely will not be staying here again!

first thing when you walk in, the lobby is very hot, not running any ac in the lobby. the guy that was working was pretty slow to respond, he was on the phone with someone and i had to wait like 5 to 10 mins. it was a person cell phone call, as he had them on speaker. they advertise hot breakfast. the next morning, they only had 5 mini muffins and a couple of jellies packet. the same guy was there and i asked when it started. he said it had started and that is all they are having for breakfast. very disappointing as the hot breakfast was one of the selling points of picking this hotel. the actual room was pretty tidy and clean, but i never once saw any maid service happening the whole time i was there. the ac work just enough to keep the room from being miserable. other guest we would pass though the hallway were complaining of similar stuff. the hot water was just luke warm. i know other guest as well as us, complained to the guy at the front desk about that.

This is tge worst Hotel i have stayed at. They do not change sheets or dirty towels. After asking about it they only change the bed linen when you leave as well only change towels and wash colths after you checkout

Breakfast was horrible. Very little food and the gravy was too salty to eat. Muffins were stale and juice tasted old, or expired

Continental breakfast consisted of steal cereal water downed 2% milk a couple pastries. Service had a sign to call a number because noone was at the desk. Pool was green no maid service until Saturday sprinkler coming out of ceiling door wouldn't shut on its own had to make sure it was shut when leaving. No hot water
