Located near the Grand Concourse. Easy access to the subway 4/5 trains 138 St/ Grand Concourse and 6 train at 3 Ave 138 st. Arrived before check-in time and was able to check-in early. Facility is very modern and rooms are very comfortable. Key card entry required on elevator. Morning breakfast is provided with yogurt, fruit, waffles, breakfast sandwich, breads and bagels, coffee and juices. Restaurant/bar was quite busy in the evening with DJ. Facility has a gym. Staff were very helpful. Surrounding area is a bit sketchy looking but didn't encounter any problems.

Hotel situé dans le bronx à 2 min d'une station de métro avec des chambres propres et literie confortable disposant d'un défroisseur, mini réfrigérateur, coffre-fort. A côté de l'ascenseur il y a une fontaine à eau bien pratique pour remplir sa bouteille le matin. Le seul bémol c'est le petit déjeuner continental qui n'est pas varié (en salé juste des oeufs durs mais jamais avant 8h30 et des petits sandwichs et seulement des oranges en fruit)

The room smelled like there was a previous smoker or maybe somebody had been smoking in the hall, I noticed it but was too tired to switch thinking it wouldn’t be so bad but then it was hard to sleep.

Convenient location to an express stop on the 4 subway line makes for easy travel around the city. Clean hotel, with a small restaurant, which was busy on the weekend, inside. The breakfast options were limited to some bagels, muffins and cereal, along with some frozen breakfast sandwiches. The rooms are pretty small, but if you’re only planning to use it to sleep/shower you’ll be good. They have a tap for sparkling and flat water in the lobby and will provide reusable bottles to use, just be sure to ask for one at checkin, we were told they rarely have them in the morning.

Get more security for cars parked outside of your property especially if you know cars will get windows smashed out and property will be stolen. Add more lights to hallways so its so dark and glommy and creepy. Invest in the hotel instead of roiftop entertainment

We stayed at this hotel for 18 nights. The neighborhood is iffy but the hotel is top notch and you can really see that the owners , managers and staff really care about their place . Rosas at Park is their In-house restaurant and everything we ate there was delicious. We loved the spinach salad with filet mignon and had it multiple times. It’s top-tier, once you get inside!

A côté de l'ascenseur il y a une fontaine à eau bien pratique pour remplir sa bouteille le matin. Le seul bémol c'est le petit déjeuner continental qui n'est pas varié (en salé juste des oeufs durs mais jamais avant 8h30 et des petits sandwichs et seulement des oranges en fruit)

The room smelled like there was a previous smoker or maybe somebody had been smoking in the hall, I noticed it but was too tired to switch thinking it wouldn’t be so bad but then it was hard to sleep.

Convenient location to an express stop on the 4 subway line makes for easy travel around the city. Clean hotel, with a small restaurant, which was busy on the weekend, inside. The breakfast options were limited to some bagels, muffins and cereal, along with some frozen breakfast sandwiches. The rooms are pretty small, but if you’re only planning to use it to sleep/shower you’ll be good. They have a tap for sparkling and flat water in the lobby and will provide reusable bottles to use, just be sure to ask for one at checkin, we were told they rarely have them in the morning.

Get more security for cars parked outside of your property especially if you know cars will get windows smashed out and property will be stolen. Add more lights to hallways so its so dark and glommy and creepy. Invest in the hotel instead of roiftop entertainment

We stayed at this hotel for 18 nights. The neighborhood is iffy but the hotel is top notch and you can really see that the owners , managers and staff really care about their place . Rosas at Park is their In-house restaurant and everything we ate there was delicious. We loved the spinach salad with filet mignon and had it multiple times. It’s top-tier, once you get inside!
