It's no frills and very clean and also offers extra security with the front lobby locking at 10:00pm. Room lighting could be improved (less institutional).Great place to have a pet.

I was disappointed when I went to the front desk for a spoon and they had none. I had a kitchen in my room and there are no spoons? Also, the walls are very thin. I sneezed and the people next door said bless you. I'm glad I brought my white noise machine to block out their conversations.

Why can’t there be amenities. Coffee pot. In room hair dryer, The hours for the desk are not early enough. I came for 2 nights. Why list it as a hotel room when it is not.

Clean, new place but very poor service. No one working from 10 on Sat night until 10 on Sun morning. We needed extra towels and no one was there to ask for some. We had to go out to a local store at 7:30 in the morning and buy towels! Also, no hand towels at all. When there was a person at the front desk they were not very helpful, acted like, sorry, thats just the way it is! Won't ever stay there again.

I arrived at 9pm and desk closed at 8pm. Was a sign to use phone and dial for check in. Could not get an answer for over 20 minutes. A guest heard me and let me in to walk around and try and find a worker. Couldn’t find one. Call main hotel number and they placed me on hold for over 15 minutes and finally a worker opened the window. She was rude and slammed down the paper for me to sign and my keys. No apology for waiting over 30 minutes to get a room key.

Was rudely awaken at 4 am by the noise of guests bang on the door. Also children running and screaming down the hall at 2am. Overnight staffing could prevent that. I love the location. Outside of the disrespectful guests

Friendliest front desk staff. A gentleman when I checked in and a woman when I checked out. The only thing is there's not always someone at the front desk (during the hours there says there is, as they're busy), so you may have to wait at the desk for them to come back.
The room was FANTASTIC! Like a little apartment. The gentleman at check in gave me the 4th floor so that I didn't have anyone above me, since he heard I had a rough day (car broke down and I was stranded away from my destination - Detroit - en route from Wisconsin). The room was spotless and the hotel itself looks brand new. Absolutely zero complaints.
I had to wait for my car to be ready for pickup from the dealership about an hour after checkout and asked the front desk woman if I could stay in the lobby. I had luggage, a couple of backpacks and my purse, as I broke down while on vacation, and she was more than willing to say, "Yes! No problem." Which made my life so much easier. Otherwise I would've had to take an Uber to the dealership and wait until my car was ready or go to a restaurant or something, wandering aimlessly.

Your maids don’t work week ends. No clean sheets go to front desk to get your bedding change your own. Get your towels only give you what you bring down I was very surprised never before

The room was clean. The kitchenette was convenient BUT there were no pans, plates, cups, silverware etc. If you wanted pans you could rent them for 30 bucks which was just odd. NO blow-dryer in the bathroom which was really inconvenient. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable and only 2 per bed. The hotel itself was clean and the front desk guy who checked us in was very nice and friendly. Very secure as you need your room key to move throughout the hotel.

great extended stay with rooms that offers two electric burner stove tops, microwave w/ vent, full sized fridge, hots & pans/plates,bowls, silverware, and a bath/shower combo. Laundry on site w/ an app, should bring own laundry soap and dryer sheets.
