lovely stay

Komischer Geruch im ganzen Gebäude, das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber und die Einrichtung sehr heruntergekommen. Die Bettdecke bestand aus einem Laken und einer Wolldecke, es gibt eine Küche, aber kein Besteck und kein Geschirr. Wozu die Küche wenn es nichtmal 2 Teller und 2 Gabeln gibt? Wir haben hierzu auch keinen Hinweis gesehen das die Küche vorhanden, jedoch 0 ausgestattet ist. Außerdem gibt es keine Badutensilien … zumindest eine Seife sollte Standart sein. Die Unterkunft ist zudem sehr hellhörig, die Gäste teils fragwürdig (mit uns im Aufzug war einer der wirkte als wäre er sonst Obdachlos, er stank nach Schweiß und Alkohol, die Kleidung und er selbst trieften vor Dreck. Wir haben nichts gegen Obdachlose, um Himmels Willen, aber Hand aufs Herz, so jemanden wünscht man sich trotzdem nicht als Zimmernachbarn im Hotel. Und dies war nicht der einzige…). Wir haben uns hier alles andere als wohl gefühlt und wir sind einiges gewohnt. In den Nationalparks zB gibt es fast nur alte, abgerockte Hotels, aber diese haben mehr Standart als dieses hier. Selbst für einen kurzen Aufenthalt können wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hier gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Hunde scheinen in diesem Hotel mehr als willkommen zu sein, wir haben einige Gäste mit Hund gesehen und ein Schild das auf einen Hundeauslauf hingedeutet hat.

It was excellent for an urgent overnight stay. Loved the kitchen set up And supplies! Fridge microwave etc

Nice and quiet, with friendly staff. The building always smells great, and there's plenty of parking. Plus, it's close to everything.

It was quite convenient and spotless. Check in was slow, but other than that, was great!!

This property was awful. Not as clean and spacious as advertised. It was unclean, noisy, and had people who were obviously permanently living there. I did not feel safe at the hotel and will not be back.

Front staff was friendly but the room was not good. There was a heavy cigarette smell, the bathroom door was installed too low to the floor so was nearly impossible to open and close, and the smoke alarm in the bathroom was totally gone. There was one spoon and one fork for two people to use, no dish soap, and no hand towels. Not a great experience. We won’t be staying here again. Door issue is a major safety concern for seniors and small children. Room 312 should not be used until it is fixed.

Clean property at a good price!

Property felt safe. No bathroom available when we were checking in… no Kleenexes in the room and no hand towels and no towel bars. The elevator sounded like it was going to break at any moment. Loved the full size fridge!

Chairs were damaged. Toilet was damaged. Floor damaged. Walls damaged. Bath towels and face cloths but no hand towels.

Clean and bigger beds.

Didn’t even have our room ready 2+ hours after check in-time.. the room was disgusting. I took photos there was hair everywhere in the bathroom… would never ever stay here again. No apology from staff either.

Please don't be fooled by the professional pictures. While it's a "newer" property, it's already showing it's age. So-so check-in, no toilet paper in the room, and general uncleanliness of the cleaned room - little hairs everywhere (the kinds of hairs you don't want to see), floors generally dirty. Also had "wonderful" neighbors talking away until 3am.

We had a nice 2 nighter at Woodspring Suites. Upon entering building we were greeted by the nice manager Jackie, who checked us in and provided room keys. The room was nice with amenities are as seen in the pictures. When we went to turn on the AC we noticed it wasn't pumping cold air and mentioned this to Jackie and he promptly replaced the newer designed modular AC unit with another one as well as a light bulb (pot light) that was flickering) and did this right away. Thank you Jackie! The toilet paper, towels and soap situation were sparse, and not replenished and recall signing something at the front desk acknowledging that there's a fee if sorts for more supplies. Overall a decent visit, good sleep.and really appreciated the attentive manager who really helped make our stay comfortable.

Property was easy to find is what I liked. I dislike my room, bed had blood stainon it and room smelled like bleach.
