Punta del Este Arenas Hotel & Resort

Yo no se que paso, pero todo lo que se mostro en la pagina web nada que ver para parejas y las fiestas temáticas. Pasamos pero re mal

Terrible Hotel - do not stay there!! We had 5 days there just before Christmas. It says it is a 4.5 star hotel but there was no restaurant, no bar, no pool bar and breakfast was terrible and the same every day with no choice and nothing hot (unless you count warmish toast). The staff did not care, all they want is to make money and when we spoke to locals on the beach or in the town who knew the hotel they said that they have a terrible reputation locally. The safe in the room did not work, the pool was dirty and the whole place is in need of an update The room was OK - the bed was nice and it was cleaned reasonably well but everything else about the hotel was terrible. Do not stay here. the cost far too high and it is more like a 2 star hotel

Foi péssima, devido a não ter água quente no hotel, a ser longe de tudo e no meio do mato e a não ter café da manhã. E não é 5 estrelas, no maximo 3.

muito bom esta um pouco longe de ser chamado de resort mas bem aconchegante limpos pricipalmente os funcionarios sao muito atenciosos

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par notre hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable à l'écoute de notre bien êtres, et toujours souriant. L'hôtel est très bien placé assez retiré pour le calme, mais assez proche de tout les loisirs n même temps....

At first glance this should be an amazing facility but a closer look reveals disappointment. The first room had one electrical outlet and rusty water dripping out from the shower into the bedroom. There was a broken glass under the bed which was fused to the floor from whatever had been in the glass. Bugs that has gotten in through the hole in the exterior wall were left smashed against the walls. The plastic curtains had melted into themselves and were not wide enough to cover the window. The staff [A grand total of 3 people] were generally unhelpful. The food was substandard and on the rare occasions when there was food, it was unappetizing. On New Year's Day an elderly couple were given a package of crackers in lieu of an actual dinner because the kitchen staff [one guy] did not show up for work. The hotel is located close to a beach but far from any other semblance of civilization. The facilities seemed promising with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a swim up bar. The indoor pools was fine until it got dark and the staff didn't know where the light switch was to turn on the lights. The outdoor bar was well designed but it was NEVER in use. Someone had thrown an old mattress in the bar area. During the 5 days we were there, there was never any staff tending bar or staffing any activities. The outdoor spaces had become a dumping ground for old mattresses and garbage. Also, at the exorbitant price there should have been WIFI available in the room.

é um ótimo hotel com bastante comodidade, localizado em um lugar calmo, a uns 15 km do conrad, mas compensador pelo hotel que se trata, super indico!

Exelente ubicacion cerca de playas Chihuahua y Solanas ( Punta Ballena ). Lugar tranquilo, buen acceso. Buenas piscinas.

fue buena, pero le falta telefono y wifi en las habitaciones, del resto todo bien.

This Hotel is not a 4 1/2 Star Hotel, it's just an 1Star Hotel

Al iniciar nuestro viaje, esperabamos un hotel 4 estrellas, con los servicios que brinda un hotel de esas características. Lo que encontramos fue un hotel que con suerte tenía 2. Las habitaciones tenían una mala limpieza, no cuentan con secador de pelo, desde nuestra habitación podíamos escuchar las conversaciones de la pieza de al lado. Además de que cuando hicimos la reserva, esta incluía el desayuno, pero al llegar nos informan que era un "error" de la pagina y que debíamos pagar aparte por él. ( razón por la cual ahora aparece que el desayuno no esta incluído). Todo esto además de el trato por parte de algunos funcionarios del hotel hicieron que nuestra estancia en punta del este no fuera agradable. No recomendaría este hotel...

Muy agradable , a pesar de que recien se estaba inaugurando el hotel , recomendable .
