Unpleasant staying in hotel. Very disappointed one day our room were open, I called to front desk find out, never get the answer.

We bought for our mam as New Year gift to stay at Hilton in Tashkent city in New Years eve. Location and Hotel atmosphere are amazing, but service is horrible ! Hotel's roof restaurant was closed due to private event and other dining placed closed around. At New Year Eve she had limited choice on dining and waited at the hotels lobby bar dining almost 30 min to place the her order for dinner. ( dropping iPad menu to the customer is not service, she 70 years old she don't how to use ) One of bar server is ignore her several time just running around. Especially, New Year Eve holiday's evening my mam went hungry back her hotel room, We inform the via phone to night reception deck assistant named Mr. Shamsidiin about that situation and ask him inform day management. Next day, my mam check out hotel with big disappointment. Just heard word " sorry " form reception desk team. Our Mam New Year Eve holiday celebration night ruined. Hotel needs more improvement in customer service and more dining choices. Never recommended for that price with terrible service !!!!!

By far the best hotel in Tashkent. Within walking distance to Tashkent city mall and the metro. Staff are unbelievably helpful. One of our group forgot his medication back home, the staff at Tashkent were extremely quick to arrange a pickup from a local reputable pharmacy with the correct medication. Breakfast has excellent variety and has fresh produce. Cannot recommend enough.

A lot of issues with the room and electronics. Food in the hotel gave me diarrhea.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Tashkent right on the lively Tashkent City Park. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms and friendly and efficient service.

Awesome property

Hilton Tashkent City was very good and we enjoyed our stay there as a family. The breakfast was exceptionally good with so much variety and good quality. If we're to visit Tashkent again, we'd definitely stay here!

Excellent hotel. Great service at the tumbler bar. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Rooms were great, as was the pool. Can’t fault it - easily one of the nicest Hiltons we’ve stayed at

The Hilton Tashkent is a fine hotel, very modern and clean, but it is really very big. It is inside the parking security for the city park across the street which I suppose makes it more secure, but it also creates traffic jams around the hotel as taxis compete with park visitors. (Traffic jams around hotels, airports, and train stations are very common in Uzbekistan, btw). The breakfast was excellent, the rooftop restaurant was pretty good, in that international/cosmopolitan shopping culture sort of way.

During my stay at Hilton Tashkent from February 22nd to February 24th, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's exceptional service. The employees were not only friendly but also proficient in English, making communication effortless. Their warm welcome and genuine smiles added to the overall positive experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I highly commend the staff for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism.
