The staff were all amazing and a big shout out to Luna, Jade and Veronica who were exceptional. These ladies are all so friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10!

One or the better Breakfast Buffett’s in Vietnam. Anna at the front desk was the GOAT (greatest of all time). She messaged me via What’s Ap too make sure my tour was going well. She also responded to all my questions immediately.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the coast and wide roads that make getting around a breeze, whether you're renting a motorbike or driving a car. Navigating the area was very easy and convenient, and the hotel even made car rentals simple.
The hotel service was solid, but one thing to be mindful of is that if you take hotel towels to the beach, be careful not to get them dirty, as they do charge for any excessive dirt or stains. Aside from that, everything was smooth.
Overall, it was a very good and affordable stay, offering great convenience for beach lovers and those wanting to explore the area.

Reholdet var helt topp og ansatte var kjempe hyggelige. God frokost. Litt mye bråkete barn i bassenget. Også virket ikke aircondition skikkelig på rommet så det var noe varmt. Jeg hadde så kort opphold så jeg kommenterte det ikke før jeg sjekket ut. De hadde garantert gjort noe med det dersom jeg skulle bo der lengre.

Great location, services and foods. Beach just right in front of the road (walking distance). Lots of seafood restaurants near by. The only compliant is nice bathroom but the tub got to go. It took some much space. Bed is big not super soft like U.S. but comfortable enough. The best thing was their breakfast. Food is better than most restaurants that we been to.

Nice hotel, however they are selling rooms that don't exist. Instead of a king and a double, we got a king and two single cot beds thrown in the living area.
Then to top it off we were told the pool was out of action. So what to do with two young kids in Danang when it's raining?
Advised them were were leaving before breakfast started and were given an embarrassing breakfast pack of two slices of in cooked bread with one packet of butter, a boiled egg and an small apple like fruit.
As a way of apology, was given a Grab car to the airport which is 5km away. No refund, no discount. So a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend.

This hotel is incredible for general stay and especially if you’re visiting the area! The staff are incredible kind and want to make sure your stay is satisfactory. They help you find places near the hotel and the hotel location is perfect for Grab drivers to come pick you up

The hotel's service was excellent, but at the end, when I was introduced to the hotel staff and took a taxi that was parked in front of the hotel to the airport, I was charged 1,200,000 VND, more than 10 times the normal fare, and had to pay it. Very disappointing, the good impression of the trip was ruined.
The hotel may not be at fault, but I would like them to eliminate malicious taxis.

My wife and I recently stayed at the BlueSun hotel for 15 days, a decision that helped make our trip absolutely wonderful. The location of the hotel is perfect, right across the street from My Khe beach and walkable to the numerous areas of interest in Da Nang. The staff were the best, just fantastic, for they always presented a kind and helpful attitude and were genuine in their efforts to make sure the stay was pleasant. The facility itself was in the process of renovation as we were there, yet the current condition surpassed what we needed. My wife and I do recommend the BlueSun to those who plan on visiting Da Nang.

This hotel stay is enjoyable. Staffs are very friendly. Giving lots of advise. In this hotel, they have local tours for you to book. Cost is similar or sometimes even cheaper as you compared with the prices outside. I have also took up the hotel SPA which is good as well.
I have spend 4 nights in this hotel and I can say, the stay is good..

Great hotel to stay in. Very close to the beach, cafes and restaurant’s.
Breakfast buffet was 1st Class! Great selection.
The staff were all amazing and a big shout out to Luna, Jade and Veronica who were exceptional. These ladies are all so friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10!

One or the better Breakfast Buffett’s in Vietnam. Anna at the front desk was the GOAT (greatest of all time). She messaged me via What’s Ap too make sure my tour was going well. She also responded to all my questions immediately.

Close to T market where we spent a lot of time. Good staff. Gym equipment was horrible. Bikes about ready to fall apart. Pool cold. Breakfast was good.

Reholdet var helt topp og ansatte var kjempe hyggelige. God frokost. Litt mye bråkete barn i bassenget. Også virket ikke aircondition skikkelig på rommet så det var noe varmt. Jeg hadde så kort opphold så jeg kommenterte det ikke før jeg sjekket ut. De hadde garantert gjort noe med det dersom jeg skulle bo der lengre.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the coast and wide roads that make getting around a breeze, whether you're renting a motorbike or driving a car. Navigating the area was very easy and convenient, and the hotel even made car rentals simple.
The hotel service was solid, but one thing to be mindful of is that if you take hotel towels to the beach, be careful not to get them dirty, as they do charge for any excessive dirt or stains. Aside from that, everything was smooth.
Overall, it was a very good and affordable stay, offering great convenience for beach lovers and those wanting to explore the area.

Great helpful staff. Hotel is clean but a bit dated and smelled like cleaning chemicals. Nice breakfast buffet with a great view of the beach. Very busy noisy area on weekends.

Great location, services and foods. Beach just right in front of the road (walking distance). Lots of seafood restaurants near by. The only compliant is nice bathroom but the tub got to go. It took some much space. Bed is big not super soft like U.S. but comfortable enough. The best thing was their breakfast. Food is better than most restaurants that we been to.

Nice hotel, however they are selling rooms that don't exist. Instead of a king and a double, we got a king and two single cot beds thrown in the living area.
Then to top it off we were told the pool was out of action. So what to do with two young kids in Danang when it's raining?
Advised them were were leaving before breakfast started and were given an embarrassing breakfast pack of two slices of in cooked bread with one packet of butter, a boiled egg and an small apple like fruit.
As a way of apology, was given a Grab car to the airport which is 5km away. No refund, no discount. So a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend.

Stayed two nights, no maid service. Had to go to the store to buy toilet paper.
Manager would not allow me to print boarding passes.
He wanted all our travel information, passports, email and phone numbers so he could do it.
