리조트 엄청 고민해서 골랐는데
진짜 너무너무 좋았어요
방도 깨끗하고 시설도 너무 좋고
조경도 너무 예쁘게 잘되있고
무엇보다 수영장이 엄청 큰게 너무 맘에 들었습니다.
전반적으로 직원들도 엄청 친절하고 서비스도 매우 훌륭했어요

ホテルは常にキレイで、スパもプールも海もとても楽しめました。
懸念していた虫やヤモリもほぼ見ませんでした。
夜ご飯が食べられるレストランが1つしかないので長期宿泊するとご飯は飽きてしまいます。
レセプションやライフガードなどのスタッフの方々はみなさんいつも笑顔で対応してくださりますが、レストランの一部の方々があまり好意的ではなかったのが残念でした。

풀빌라는 너무 좋았고 조경관리나 시설물 관리는 연식에 비해 관리가 잘 되고 있는 편.
침대도 편하고 좋음. 수질은 진짜 별로여서 샤워기필터 필수.
턴다운 서비스는 매우 실망. 기본적인 일일 타올 교체도 잘 안 됨. ai 채팅 버기 어플로 5차례 수건 요청했으나 오지 않아 컨시어지 전화함. 어메니티도 뜯긴 거 제대로 확인 안 하고 새로 지급 안 함. 물만 계속 채워줌. 청소도 딱히 깨끗하게 해주지 않음. 다녀본 숙소 중 턴다운 서비스는 최악.
좀 신경쓰라고 팁 올려둬도 들고 가지 않음. 팁 문화는 없는 듯 하다.
개구리가 엄청 많아서 버기카에 깔려죽고 방에 들어오기도 함.
직원들은 친절하지도 불친절하지도 않은 매너리즘에 빠진 느낌. 다낭이 전반적으로 더 친절한 듯 함.
하프보드는 기대 안해서 그런지 그럭저럭 맛있게 잘 먹음.
개인적으로 뷔페식 보단 주문식이 더 맛있는 편이었음.
bbq 풀사이드바는 돈 주고 먹기엔 아까운 느낌!
요가 수업이 진짜 좋음.
커플이나 친구들끼리 방문하기 좋은 숙소.
카드할인으로 저렴하게 다녀와서 만족한 편!

I stayed with my wife for 4 nights and 5 days. Among the many 5-star resorts I’ve visited in Vietnam, this one stood out for its excellent facilities and tranquil atmosphere. However, the quality of the spa massage, which was included as part of the stay, was disappointing. Since it was a service offered to all guests, the therapists may have been overworked and fatigued. We had three massages during our stay, and unfortunately, all three were unsatisfactory, so we decided to skip the final one.
Overall, the staff didn’t smile much. Only the reception staff greeted us with a smile; I don’t recall seeing smiles from other employees. The quality of the BBQ dinner did not match the price. The beef steak was tough, and the pork was dry. The shrimp was tasty, but they were grilled too slowly, so we had to wait a long time to be served. Again, none of the staff smiled, and starting an hour before the end of the dinner time at 10 PM, they began noisily rearranging tables and cleaning up around us, which made the dining experience quite uncomfortable.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. While the facilities, food, and spa were all excellent and exceeded my expectations, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service we received from one of the staff members, Luna.
From the moment we checked in, Luna took care of us with such warmth and professionalism. She helped us plan our spa and dining schedules based on our travel itinerary and checked in with us regularly throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed.
Thanks to Luna’s thoughtful and attentive service, this vacation was truly flawless. Because of her, we’ve already decided to return to Fusion Resort for our next summer holiday—and we’ll definitely be requesting Luna to assist us again.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. I am very satisfied with the kindness of the hotel reception staff. I visited with my wife on the anniversary and am very satisfied with the room upgrade.
However, the staff at the fresh restaurant is very unfriendly
We visited at dinner time and ordered juice during that time, but he made a mistake and replaced it with a plastic disposable cup. He was very unkind and rude. I was filled with good memories throughout my stay at the hotel, but I was very offended by the behavior of the male employee with the apron on. The drink I ordered came out wrong, and I told him to eat quickly and go. Also, the counter old female employee (tuan?) overcharged me and didn't give me a proper explanation. The incident happened on April 12 at 7:45 p.m. Please find the employee and train him in the future. I'm planning to put it on my blog and Google review

Staying at Fusion resort was really really nice. My 5year old son loved the little farm there. He enjoyed egg collecting, pig feeding, chicken feeding. Staff was so kind to kids. Food was goo; both Vietnamese local cuisine and Western cuisine. Of course the spa was pampering and relaxing. Room and the private pool was wonderful as well. It was just perfect.

Fusion resort is beautiful. The pools are amazing. The beach is clean. The food is so good and caters to many different tastes. The rooms are clean and stocked with all the amenities you could need. There’s a great gym on premises, a tennis court, table tennis and foosball. The spa is excellent as well. But what really stood out for me was the service. They anticipated our every need. Accommodated any request and were so incredibly kind and courteous. We LOVED our stay.

하지만 조식은 인근 다른 리조트와 비교해서 부족한 수준이였고, 석식은 (스테이크 외 이용) 수준 이하였어요.
배달이용하시거나 시내, 인근에서 식사하시는 것을 강.추. 드립니다.

ホテルは常にキレイで、スパもプールも海もとても楽しめました。
懸念していた虫やヤモリもほぼ見ませんでした。
夜ご飯が食べられるレストランが1つしかないので長期宿泊するとご飯は飽きてしまいます。
レセプションやライフガードなどのスタッフの方々はみなさんいつも笑顔で対応してくださりますが、レストランの一部の方々があまり好意的ではなかったのが残念でした。

풀빌라는 너무 좋았고 조경관리나 시설물 관리는 연식에 비해 관리가 잘 되고 있는 편.
침대도 편하고 좋음. 수질은 진짜 별로여서 샤워기필터 필수.
턴다운 서비스는 매우 실망. 기본적인 일일 타올 교체도 잘 안 됨. ai 채팅 버기 어플로 5차례 수건 요청했으나 오지 않아 컨시어지 전화함. 어메니티도 뜯긴 거 제대로 확인 안 하고 새로 지급 안 함. 물만 계속 채워줌. 청소도 딱히 깨끗하게 해주지 않음. 다녀본 숙소 중 턴다운 서비스는 최악.
좀 신경쓰라고 팁 올려둬도 들고 가지 않음. 팁 문화는 없는 듯 하다.
개구리가 엄청 많아서 버기카에 깔려죽고 방에 들어오기도 함.
직원들은 친절하지도 불친절하지도 않은 매너리즘에 빠진 느낌. 다낭이 전반적으로 더 친절한 듯 함.
하프보드는 기대 안해서 그런지 그럭저럭 맛있게 잘 먹음.
개인적으로 뷔페식 보단 주문식이 더 맛있는 편이었음.
bbq 풀사이드바는 돈 주고 먹기엔 아까운 느낌!
요가 수업이 진짜 좋음.
커플이나 친구들끼리 방문하기 좋은 숙소.
카드할인으로 저렴하게 다녀와서 만족한 편!

I stayed with my wife for 4 nights and 5 days. Among the many 5-star resorts I’ve visited in Vietnam, this one stood out for its excellent facilities and tranquil atmosphere. However, the quality of the spa massage, which was included as part of the stay, was disappointing. Since it was a service offered to all guests, the therapists may have been overworked and fatigued. We had three massages during our stay, and unfortunately, all three were unsatisfactory, so we decided to skip the final one.
Overall, the staff didn’t smile much. Only the reception staff greeted us with a smile; I don’t recall seeing smiles from other employees. The quality of the BBQ dinner did not match the price. The beef steak was tough, and the pork was dry. The shrimp was tasty, but they were grilled too slowly, so we had to wait a long time to be served. Again, none of the staff smiled, and starting an hour before the end of the dinner time at 10 PM, they began noisily rearranging tables and cleaning up around us, which made the dining experience quite uncomfortable.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. While the facilities, food, and spa were all excellent and exceeded my expectations, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service we received from one of the staff members, Luna.
From the moment we checked in, Luna took care of us with such warmth and professionalism. She helped us plan our spa and dining schedules based on our travel itinerary and checked in with us regularly throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed.
Thanks to Luna’s thoughtful and attentive service, this vacation was truly flawless. Because of her, we’ve already decided to return to Fusion Resort for our next summer holiday—and we’ll definitely be requesting Luna to assist us again.
Luna, thank you for making our holiday so special and for giving us such beautiful memories of Vietnam. You made all the difference.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. I am very satisfied with the kindness of the hotel reception staff. I visited with my wife on the anniversary and am very satisfied with the room upgrade.
However, the staff at the fresh restaurant is very unfriendly
We visited at dinner time and ordered juice during that time, but he made a mistake and replaced it with a plastic disposable cup. He was very unkind and rude. I was filled with good memories throughout my stay at the hotel, but I was very offended by the behavior of the male employee with the apron on. The drink I ordered came out wrong, and I told him to eat quickly and go. Also, the counter old female employee (tuan?) overcharged me and didn't give me a proper explanation. The incident happened on April 12 at 7:45 p.m. Please find the employee and train him in the future. I'm planning to put it on my blog and Google review

Staying at Fusion resort was really really nice. My 5year old son loved the little farm there. He enjoyed egg collecting, pig feeding, chicken feeding. Staff was so kind to kids. Food was goo; both Vietnamese local cuisine and Western cuisine. Of course the spa was pampering and relaxing. Room and the private pool was wonderful as well. It was just perfect.
