Lovely property in an amazing location. The owners are so lovely and cannot do enough for you! If you’re arriving early from a sleeper bus/train there is no reception or facilities to use to freshen up until your room is ready. The only downside for us is we booked the property because of how quiet and peaceful it was commented on in reviews, however, the pool is shared with the public and was full of small children screaming making it very unpleasant as we were after a quiet retreat. When we left for our next sleeper bus they offered us an empty room to shower in before going which was such a lifesaver and very kind of them. I would recommend this place as it was so lovely but it’s not a quiet relaxing environment particularly over weekends.

The property itself is wonderful. Very convenient location but just far enough to be secluded. Facilities were excellent but what really stood out were the exceptional owners. They made the stay 11/10 with their kindness, generosity and professionalism. Please stay here, you'll love it too!

We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the hosts were so kind and generous. The location is perfect, an easy bike ride to all of the major sites in tam coc and trang an. The bikes are provided free of charge. The best place we stayed in Vietnam; couldn’t have asked for better.

Great stay at Hang Mua Eco Garden. The host couple were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast options and free bikes to use. Also a cute cat which had just had kittens. The pool was still being constructed at this time and would be ready soon.

The hosts were so caring and tentative, and the individual lodge was beautiful and in a stunning location. Couldn’t fault it! Wish we were staying longer.

Beautiful serene stay. Very clean, comfortable, and cute atmosphere. Hosts are very nice and welcoming. Allowed me to leave my bags before check in and again after check out while I explored. Provided free pedal bikes to get around town. Lovely place and very kind hosts.

Loved staying here. It’s the perfect location if you want to be out of the chaos of Tam Coc. Bikes are free to use and you can cycle where you want. The hosts are very welcoming and take care of you. Nothing is too much

Everything about this homestay was perfect for our first time in Ninh Binh. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, along with their new puppy and pet cat that greeted us each morning. Breakfast was yummy, laundry was cheap, and we loved the free bikes to explore Nb. Pool was under construction unfortunately but no big deal, we were so busy anyways. Will stay again!

Wonderful stay. The owners are so lovely and helpful. The bungalows are beautiful and super comfortable. Best night of sleep I had in Vietnam. And the area is so calm and nice. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på detta familjära boendet. Personalen gjorde allt för att hjälpa oss oavsett vad vi bad om. Rummet var fantastiskt. Helt nytt och jättefin balkong mot sjön.

Best property in Vietnam . The hosts are very lovely couple and will make u feel like home . Best banana pancakes and they provide free bicycles to explore lovely city . Everything is 5-10 mins distance . If u come to Ninh Binh must stay at this property . I have stayed at lot of 5 star properties throughout d world but this have different vibes . Must stay here

The host here is great! Super friendly and accommodating! The area is remote and quiet, you can rent motorbikes at the shop/home down the street. Room is clean with a nice view, good WiFi too. We stayed right before Tet, so it was hard to get a Grab car to the shuttle that was taking us to Hanoi at 7AM, the host called his friend who gave us a ride. I highly recommend this place! :)

Absolutely unbeatable in terms of value and comfort. Loved the porch overlooking the pond and mountains. Breakfast was included and yummy. Would stay here again for sure

We had a really great experience at Hang Mua Eco Garden. The hosts are really lovely people. Helped us with every request we had. The food was terrific, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. It's the best hotel we've been on in Vietnam. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. This family owned hotel has the perfect location to explore Ninh Binh. The owners are super friendly and do everything to make you feel welcome. Delicious breakfast, especially the banana cake! Free bicycles. Scooter to rent for 120k/day. Laundry was 35k/kg. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The view of the waterbungalow was amazing. Thanks for the great hospitality.
