ฮานอย ลา ปาล์ม พรีเมียร์ โฮเทลแอนด์สปา

We arrived in the evening around 9PM. We booked two rooms, one with 4 adults + one kid (Big room) and the other for a couple. As soon as we checked in, the two guys at the reception requested that I must pay about 10$ for the kid's breakfast. As I booked through hotels.com, I haven't seen such as message from the site. So I refused to pay and asked them to check with hotels.com. The two guys suggested us to change the big room to a much smaller room so that I can skip paying them the 10$. When I saw the room I rejected the idea right away. The next day when we checked out from the hotel. The day personal at the reception accepted that I should not pay the fee. My experience with the hotel is not very nice. One of the room on the forth floor is located in the front building with no lift. The hotel is not as good as it shows on the booking site. My perception is that they tried to cheat all the time especially the night staffs.

Nice hotel with the usual friendly staff. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars was the extremely slippery bathroom floor. The floor in the shower area was very dangerous… lawsuit waiting to happen

Super nice room and staff, the breakfast also had variety for everyone and was delicious! Staff is always caring and kind! The room was clean and spacious.

The service and staff created a very welcoming atmosphere, feel comfortable during staying.

They had connected room option, which makes staying with friends and family more convenient ! I also enjoyed the breakfast with fresh made to order eggs and fresh mango and dragon fruit.

I booked family room which hotel provided on 4th floor and it doesn’t have lift. With kids this is not at all convenient. The room bathroom was not up to mark, lock broken, hot water will start after 5-10mins of continuous flow of water, flush not working properly. Worst experience ever and the property not maintained.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Photos though don’t match the condition of the property and in our 4 day stay at the property the hot water system seem to be broken so cold showers constantly

Just coming here and enjoy the best service. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they help us organize everything from the decent room to the beautiful excursions that we never ever had before. The location & breakfast is also the positive point of this hotel that make you feel the most comfortable. I will definitely come back here next time with my hall families .

Great location is in the center of the old quarter. If you plan to do organized tours, the location here is perfect for picking you up. They also organized their own program tour with promotion for staying guests. I would like to thank Lukas and David, both of whol were very helpful. Definitely come back for the next visits

Lovely stay, I was free upgraded to better room with balcony because when I arrived they still available. The location is in the old town center which everything nearby, staffs were extremely helpful, courteous and welcoming, they show us some local tips for buying things, especially Lukas the one who made us through all issues and even guide us the whole information and offered tours minimize saving budget. You're strong team and We owed you a memorable staying that couldn't be more better without meeting you guys.
