空港シャトル ピックアップからチェックインまで大変スムースだった

空港送迎があり非常に便利　迎えてくれたスタッフが、非常に丁寧だった。ロビーで会ったのでATMの場所を教えてもらった。

We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and found the rooftop bar was an excellent place for dinner and cocktails.

It’s an airport hotel with a free shuttle.

1 night stay,First impression : check in fast, adequate size well maintained room, comfortable bed, tea /coffee , walk in shower. Facilities: include a roof top swimming pool, bar and restaurant serving good quality food at reasonable prices and Free airport shuttle. While the area is a little way from the centre district 1 it is easily accessed by a short taxi ride 20 minutes approx Alternative the area has a number of restaurants including a food hall in the nearby shopping Mall. We have used the IBIS previously when taking early flights from HCMC would definitely use again Sally and Dave York’s

フライト前泊で利用しました。 空港正面、目の前の位置ですが、歩道通路の関係でやはり ホテルのシャトルバス利用となります。 内装、調度品は世界統一仕様なのでしょう、 欧風のおしゃれな色使いで落ち着きます。 早朝の出発で朝食ビュッフェは残念ながら抜きでした。

Good for one night, definitely better than sleeping in the airport. Tried using the Expedia app to communicate with hotel about shuttle pickup from the airport but it never went through. Had to use Grab to get to the hotel. Shuttle use in the morning was easy once signed up. Room was good for a shower and a quick nap. Staff was good. Alot of food options nearby.

空港からのアクセス◎広い部屋をよやくしたので、ゆっくり過ごせた。インルームディナーで数種類オーダーしたが、食事が美味しくなく、内容も間違えていた。そこだけが残念。

The guests in the rooms next to mine were making a lot of noise until late into the night, so I couldn't sleep. It's not a good idea to assign a connecting room to someone staying alone.

Very close to the airport. Free pick up. Easy check in. Hotel itself was pretty run down and bathroom in room was tiny. Hote pool over looked the run way.

Always stay here when arriving or departing airport. Hopefully they will extend their shuttle pickup to terminal 3 soon.

With traffic conditions being bad and unpredictable, we would recommend this hotel for peace of mind in getting to the airport.

I don’t but we’re not comfortable to sleep

stayed here for the first part of my trip to Vietnam. It was good, we did have one issue after having our room cleaned, but the staff went above and beyond to help us and even upgraded our room. Will definitely stay again!

Ibis management is seriously lacking servicing mindset. They are getting mobile elevator to send people to higher storey for engineering work. This happens on 5.30am. I am startled to wake by the drilling and hammering noises. Reception counter gave excuses that already ask them to stop, maintenance people said work will stop in 10 minutes, they have pre-notified guests that they have already pre-notified guests… but all craps. When I check-out on 6.30am, noise remain there and works outside the building remain on-going. Management please answer, what type of building failure that you insisted to carry out maintenance work on 5.30am. If the building is really in such condition, why is the hotel continue to operation and without pre-warn before we book? Why put us on the effected storey since there are engineering work? The front desk staffs continue to lie us. House keeping has put up written notice and slot in to our room. They have informed maintenance team to stop… when I move out from hotel, the vehicle is there and that means nothing is going to stop. The vehicle is on rent by hour Guest in the house including pilots and stewardess. You are sacrificing aviation safety. Please pray no air crash because captain is not well rested in your hotel. I hope the management rented elevating vehicle not because it is cheaper at wee hour. And I am sure management will definitely deny and give lots of excuses to cover these act. This is how the front desk staffs learn to lie
