I've been to Hue many times and I've stayed at 15-20 hotels there over the decades. Indochine is the best overall. It's clean. It's quiet. Staff is friendly. Food is great. Most other 5 star hotels in the city don't have all of it. I highly recommend indochine

I have made a mistake in check in date, but the hotel staff, Ms The Uyen has been more than kind to change for me to check in 1 day earlier. It is really a generous and supportive gesture that so far I have been receiving in Japan and in Indochine Palace this time. Thank you for a great stay. My parents have enjoyed it a lot.

Mye asiatisk utvalg. Barista kaffe Lunsj: ikke så imponert Middag: dyrt og ikke noe spesielt Basseng: stort basseng med dårlig solforhold . Vanskelig og få bevertning til solsenger. Går du opp i restaurant for å bestille deg noe å spise og drikke får du følelsen av å ikke være velkommen og litt jaget bort. Når du betaler og sjekker at det er i orden skal de ta bilde av konto utdraget. Det er ikke greit. Resepsjonen hyggelig når du kom og følte deg i fengsel når en reiser, holder igjen gjester for å gå over rommet. Ringer ned til transporten for å gi beskjed at det er greit at vi reiser. From the moment the doorman opened the door and got our bags out of the taxi, we were pampered. We got there at 9.30am after taking the night train from Hanoi to drop our bags off. We knew check in wasn’t until 2pm and were ready to hit the streets. After a beautiful welcoming drink they then informed us that our room would be ready in 20 mins. So we were settled in our room by 10am. So kind of them. Half and hour later we got a complimentary plate of fruit and the next doorbell ring was a beautiful little plate of a few chocolates and cashews. The room we had was a 1 bedroom suite on the 10th floor. It had everything- beautifully laid out. The most amazing high pressure shower and a separate bath. Bed was to die for. Sooo soft. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was one of the nicest I’ve ever had. The whole range from European, Vietnamese, beautiful range of fruits, pastries, everything you would want for a cooked breakfast etc. They had a gluten free station. Staff were constantly being super helpful - just a fabulous way to start the day. The pool is great- good opening hours. We had dinner in the hotel on the 1st night. They have a free jazz band playing from 4.30pm, so after being entertained, we went into dinner. We were the only ones utilising the restaurant and jazz band- with about 4 staff to ourselves. Food was nice but not the best meal we have had in Vietnam. The service was outstanding!! Felt like royalty 😍 Thank you to all the staff!!

Hotel is clean with very nice and attentive staff. The room is clean with all the necessary amenities. The daily breakfast selections are great. Food is delicious. I was impressed by the size of the pool. It looks like a 25M pool which is something you don't see at a hotel. I truly enjoyed the lap swims in that pool. If I ever come back to Hue again, I would definitely stay here.

Honnêtement rien à redire sur cet établissement. Les chambres sont immenses pour un prix très accessibles. Le personnel est très compétent, et en plus l'hôtel est très proche du centre ville.

I've been to Hue many times and I've stayed at 15-20 hotels there over the decades. Indochine is the best overall. It's clean. It's quiet. Staff is friendly. Food is great. Most other 5 star hotels in the city don't have all of it. I highly recommend indochine

I have made a mistake in check in date, but the hotel staff, Ms The Uyen has been more than kind to change for me to check in 1 day earlier. It is really a generous and supportive gesture that so far I have been receiving in Japan and in Indochine Palace this time. Thank you for a great stay. My parents have enjoyed it a lot.

A luxurious historic hotel in Hue. It had a luxurious feel. The hotel staff were all kind and friendly, especially Vy's hospitality was excellent. Thank you for telling me about a delicious banh mi restaurant. I would definitely like to visit this hotel again.

5 stjerner men ikke lengre en storhetstid. Begynner og bli ganske slitt. Rom: stort rom med gulvteppe og flekkete møbler og gulv. Bad ok. Frokost: litt kjedelig og ikke så stort utvalg. Mye asiatisk utvalg. Barista kaffe Lunsj: ikke så imponert Middag: dyrt og ikke noe spesielt Basseng: stort basseng med dårlig solforhold . Vanskelig og få bevertning til solsenger. Går du opp i restaurant for å bestille deg noe å spise og drikke får du følelsen av å ikke være velkommen og litt jaget bort. Når du betaler og sjekker at det er i orden skal de ta bilde av konto utdraget. Det er ikke greit. Resepsjonen hyggelig når du kom og følte deg i fengsel når en reiser, holder igjen gjester for å gå over rommet. Ringer ned til transporten for å gi beskjed at det er greit at vi reiser. Vi kjøper aldri noe fra rommet. Rommet er ikke lydisolering og ekstremt mye støy utenfra og nabo rommet og i gangen

Beautiful hotel. Spacious comfortable room. Good restaurants serving a big buffet breakfast and a la carte lunch and dinner. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Short Grab or taxi to the imperial city.

From the moment the doorman opened the door and got our bags out of the taxi, we were pampered. We got there at 9.30am after taking the night train from Hanoi to drop our bags off. We knew check in wasn’t until 2pm and were ready to hit the streets. After a beautiful welcoming drink they then informed us that our room would be ready in 20 mins. So we were settled in our room by 10am. So kind of them. Half and hour later we got a complimentary plate of fruit and the next doorbell ring was a beautiful little plate of a few chocolates and cashews. The room we had was a 1 bedroom suite on the 10th floor. It had everything- beautifully laid out. The most amazing high pressure shower and a separate bath. Bed was to die for. Sooo soft. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was one of the nicest I’ve ever had. The whole range from European, Vietnamese, beautiful range of fruits, pastries, everything you would want for a cooked breakfast etc. They had a gluten free station. Staff were constantly being super helpful - just a fabulous way to start the day. The pool is great- good opening hours. We had dinner in the hotel on the 1st night. They have a free jazz band playing from 4.30pm, so after being entertained, we went into dinner. We were the only ones utilising the restaurant and jazz band- with about 4 staff to ourselves. Food was nice but not the best meal we have had in Vietnam. The service was outstanding!! Felt like royalty 😍 Thank you to all the staff!!

Hotel is clean with very nice and attentive staff. The room is clean with all the necessary amenities. The daily breakfast selections are great. Food is delicious. I was impressed by the size of the pool. It looks like a 25M pool which is something you don't see at a hotel. I truly enjoyed the lap swims in that pool. If I ever come back to Hue again, I would definitely stay here.
