Lovely midsize hotel with a wonderful staff, with beautiful, spacious & well maintained rooms. We stayed here twice and had equally wonderful experiences each time.

There is not a single fault we could find about this hotel. Its location, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and most lmportantly the fantaslc staff are to be recommended to all Hanoi visitors. Kate and her colleague at the reception were very helpful everytime we approached them. Sun and the staff at breakfast were always cheerful and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was very good and people with different tastes can find something. Steve and Jaime were also very helpful in finding the best cruise options. Overall, the staff were extremely friendly, kind, and ready ro help. Heartfelt thanks to them all. This is a wonderful hotel to stay in Hanoi old quarter. One last point about the wifi quality; signal was very good throughout the hotel. In fact, my phone was able to connect to the internet a couple blocks away through the hotel wifi.

The staff were always very attentive and helpful in taking care of all our needs and requests. Jamie Vu especially went above and beyond, even assisting some transportation issues on his day off!!

My husband and I loved our stay at the Minerva. It was a perfect location, within walking distance of all the important things we planned on seeing/doing. The best part of our stay was the staff, in particular, Jamie. He went above and beyond to make our visit to Hanoi one to remember. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

We chose to stay at this hotel for being in the heart of Old Quarter. I was initially concerned about noise in the area but the hotel is rather on a quiet street and away from the bars. Initially I booked a standard room (no window) and was proactively informed that these rooms have no window so cancelled and rebooked a balcony room which caused a problem in their systems and we were given a standard room at check-in. Once I realized the issue and complained the hotel manager Mr Jamie did everything he can to make it up to us, including refunding the difference and upgrading us to a cathedral view balcony room (nothing exceptional anout the view as seen in my pictures but much bigger room), free couple's massage and drinks at the bar. We knew the buildings at old quarter are old and we expected some issues but the hotel is renovated and we had no issues with water or a/c. Although the walls are thin and you can hear loud guests at night especially if you stay in a standard room. Breakfast is fair for the price and service is good. All staff was very helpful and kind. There are countless dining options and shops around the hotel. So if you are looking for luxury go for a hotel at French quarter but if you are looking for convenience and agfirdability stay at the Old quarter.

This hotel is a gem located in the old corner ofHanoi. The staff was fantastic, the room was clean and well equipped, and we were absolutely delighted to be staying there.
In addition to a comfortable bed and a good breakfast, the rooftop bar was fun. We also went out into the old quarter at night and the hotel was perfectly located for exploring safely and having fun. Highly recommend.

staff members from reception, restaurant, spa, concierge, tour service etc… were very polite, helpful and cheerful. Hotel is very clean hotel. Our experience was very pleasant. I recommend this hotel and I will book it again next time in Ha Noi.

Everyone in the hotel are making you feel at home. The location of the hotel is perfect and everything is accessible by foot. I never felt so welcomed in any hotel around the world... Maybe except the Ritz Carlton. You really feel taking care of and cared for. Great job to the whole staff.

Great big room, big bathroom. Nice that the room has a balcony even though it’s small.
Great location, the staff is extraordinarily helpful and nice! They go beyond the call of duty.
Breakfast was good and has a nice variety.
Rooftop bar was a big plus, we were there around November and it was nice and cool.

【部屋】
とても広く、丁寧に清掃されています。日本にあるようなアメニティはありませんが、最低限のものはあります。コンセントも日本のものが使えます。
【朝食】
10階でハノイ市街地を一望しながら食事をとれます。ベトナム風のものを中心に味も非常に良かったです。
【スタッフ】
非常に親切です。日本語は通じませんが、英語が話せるスタッフがいるので英語が話せれば問題ありません。英語が話せなくてもGoogle翻訳でベトナム語に翻訳すると丁寧に答えてもらえます。
【その他】
荷物も長時間預かってもらうこともできました。フライトの時間を話したらシャワーも浴びることができました。シャワーは長期間使われていなかったのか、きれいではありませんでしたが、無料で浴びさせてもらう分には文句はありません。ノイバイ空港への送迎もVND350,000でしてもらえます。送迎の方も親切でしたので、最後にチップを求められましたが、快く支払いました。
短い滞在でしたが、とても満足でき、次回も利用したいと思えるホテルです。

The location, rooms, facilities are excellent but what sets Minerva apart, and presumably what earns them such high ratings, is their impeccable service. Talk about going above and beyond! Their staff is obviously very well-trained and eager to ensure guests have a wonderful stay, without being overbearing. Great breakfast too!
