For Residence type: Each Premium Beachfront pool Residence has 04 double bedrooms and 01 nanny room. Each Premium Riverfront pool Residence has 03 double bedrooms and 01 nanny room. Each Deluxe Riverfront pool Residence has 03 double bedrooms and 01 nanny room. Only 03 visitors will be allowed and will be charged VND500.000 per person. Day visitors required to leave the Resort by 22:00. Over person maximum 02 adults and 02 children aging from 0 to 11 years old per residence, they will be charged 1.500.000VND per adult per night and 750.000VND per child per night (without extra bed). Driver will be charged as an extra guest in Residences. For Villa type: Each Beachfront and Riverfront pool villa has 03 double bedrooms. Only 02 visitors will be allowed per villa and will be charged VND500.000 per person. Day visitors required to leave the Resort by 22:00. Driver will be charged as a visitor for villas. No extra person will be allowed. No party over 06 people will be allowed. General Conditions: Rates are quoted including daily breakfast, 10% government tax and 5% service charge. The daily breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 10:00am at Sandals restaurant. A deposit of VND2.000.000 for per pet to be charged on arrival aswell as an updated vaccination certificate to be emailed to us when requesting consent for the pets stay (Any Pet must have PRE authorisation from the General Manager BEFORE arrival) By Vietnamese laws, all guests are required to present passport or ID card upon check-in. Check in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Early check in at 12:00 or check out at 15:00 will be charge 20% per room charge. Late check out at 17:00 will be charge 50% per room charge. Late check out at 18:00 will be full charge per night. Credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX) are accepted. A "no-show" or late cancellation within 07 days before arrival will automatically incur full stay charge at the above quoted price. Smoking is allowed outside residence or villa only. NO smoking inside any residence or villa, otherwise a VND2.000.000 fine will be charged A security deposit of VND2.000.000 per villa/residence is required upon check in. Music cannot be too loud to disturb the peace and must be turned down after 22:00. Incidental charges will be paid by cash or credit card at Sanctuary reception desk before checking out. Any lost or damaged key cards will be charged at VND200.000 PER CARD. Do not move any furniture from inside the villa or residence to outside. Any cost of damages shall be fully charged to the Guests account upon their departure.
