- Aircondition kunne enkelt reguleres og stilles inn
- Vennlig og service innstilt ansatte. De var positive og prøvde å imøtekomme ønsker bår vi ba om noe. Vi fikk byttet rom da vi sjekket inn, og det var ingen problem at vi flrst inspiserte ledige rom før vi bestemte oss. Prisen ble den samme.
- Grei frokost i hotellets restaurant i toppetasjen, med fin utsikt
- God og variert mat i restauranten til helt fair priser
- Afteroon tea servert i restauranten inkludert i prisen.

Negativt:
- Byggearbeider på naboeiendommen var svært forstyrrende fra klokken 06:00 til 19:00 hver dag
- Badet på vårt rom hadde ingen dusj, men kun et badekar med høy kant som man må klatre oppi dersom du vil dusje. Vi skled og slo oss da vi skulle gå ut av badekaret
- Det er to heiser, men den ene var under vedlikehold deler av oppholdet. Veldig ofte var heisen i bruk av ansatte da vi skulle bruke den. Med 10 etasjer var det alltid ventetid når man skulle bruke heisen.

This place is so central. It's in the heart of everything and close to many attractions from walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff is truly what made my stay even more special. Anna is incredibly helpful and was the resident 'concierge'. She made my Mum and my stay hard to say goodbye but if I ever returned to Hanoi, I will make sure to book Lucien (previously San Grand). Julia who is a Trainee is also amazing. The Bell boys are courteous and friendly. Always greeting with a smile.

Nice view from the breakfast and sky bar. The bed and beddings are excellent. The service is good. Here come the negatives.
The room is a lot smaller than advertised. Can’t barely do personal things in front of the mirror/sink without the door keeps jamming at your back. There is no sitting area as advertised either.
The bathtub is nice however there is no shower head on the wall. Basically you have to stand inside the bathtub, one hand holding the shower head and one hand doing your scrubbing - not comfortable at all.

The San Grand Hotel is located in a perfect location in the Old Quarter, close to dining, shopping, bars and tons of street food! The hotel is very welcoming and a quiet oasis after the busy streets of Hanoi. The staff are extremely helpful and a special shout-out to Ruby and her team for being so kind and helpful with everything from booking our HaLong Bay trip, airport taxi, visas and actually walking to show us the nearest atm machine:) The hotel has a fabulous buffet breakfast along with an afternoon tea all included in your room rate. The rooftop bar is a great place to unwind during happy hour to take in the beautiful view over the lake. We had a balcony room, which offered a great view while taking in the sights and sounds of the city. It was a beautiful room, but didn’t have a shower, only a bathtub. All other room types had a shower though:) We would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Thanks everyone!!

Great beds and excellent cleaning.
The sky bar is truly amazing with a perfect view of the Hoan Kiem lake.
The breakfast is so lovely, and is perfect serviced by the lovely Ms. Amy and her team. They are all extremely kind and helpful and always do a little extra for you, to enjoy your breakfast.

Absolutley love this place!! So beautiful, awesome rooftop bar, and best of all, the staff is sooo nice!!! Love it so much we are staying again in a few days when we end our trip in Hanoi!!! 😊

This place is so central. It's in the heart of everything and close to many attractions from walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff is truly what made my stay even more special. Anna is incredibly helpful and was the resident 'concierge'. She made my Mum and my stay hard to say goodbye but if I ever returned to Hanoi, I will make sure to book Lucien (previously San Grand). Julia who is a Trainee is also amazing. The Bell boys are courteous and friendly. Always greeting with a smile.

Nice view from the breakfast and sky bar. The bed and beddings are excellent. The service is good. Here come the negatives.
The room is a lot smaller than advertised. Can’t barely do personal things in front of the mirror/sink without the door keeps jamming at your back. There is no sitting area as advertised either.
The bathtub is nice however there is no shower head on the wall. Basically you have to stand inside the bathtub, one hand holding the shower head and one hand doing your scrubbing - not comfortable at all.

The San Grand Hotel is located in a perfect location in the Old Quarter, close to dining, shopping, bars and tons of street food! The hotel is very welcoming and a quiet oasis after the busy streets of Hanoi. The staff are extremely helpful and a special shout-out to Ruby and her team for being so kind and helpful with everything from booking our HaLong Bay trip, airport taxi, visas and actually walking to show us the nearest atm machine:) The hotel has a fabulous buffet breakfast along with an afternoon tea all included in your room rate. The rooftop bar is a great place to unwind during happy hour to take in the beautiful view over the lake. We had a balcony room, which offered a great view while taking in the sights and sounds of the city. It was a beautiful room, but didn’t have a shower, only a bathtub. All other room types had a shower though:) We would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Thanks everyone!!

All staff are extremely helpful and kind.
Great beds and excellent cleaning.
The sky bar is truly amazing with a perfect view of the Hoan Kiem lake.
The breakfast is so lovely, and is perfect serviced by the lovely Ms. Amy and her team. They are all extremely kind and helpful and always do a little extra for you, to enjoy your breakfast.
