Bryan greeted us at the door when we arrived. Escorted us to the rooms that were perfect. Washer in both rooms which was a major bonus. A+++ Booking

The property is very spacious. It is a corner unit on the 26th floor so has a great views. Lots of windows and light. Outdoor space available. Hot water and air conditioning are both excellent. Also, this owner provided 2 security keys so we had the option of going places separately and not worrying about getting back in. We’ve stayed in this building 4 other times and no one else provided two keys. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable. Pretty much like sleeping directly on a box spring without a mattress. Also, as in the other properties in this building, each person gets one scratchy thin bath towel. No hand towels or face cloths. This would be an easy fix to upgrade. The pool at this property is huge and beautiful but using it is not easy. You can’t just walk down and use it. You have to be signed in each day of use by the property owner. Also, the pool is closed on Mondays. This unit was by far the nicest we’ve had in this building. This building is in a good location. Easy walk to district 1 or cheap GRAB ride if you don’t like walking. Good convenience store options on the street level of the building. Overall, a good place to stay.

It wasn’t like the picture on the description but overall it was ok. It was located right next to the river and there is a mini market below the apartment so that was convenient.

4군이지만 주요 코스로의 이동이 어렵지 않고 방음이 좋아 16박 내내 편안했습니다. 단기 여행이 아니라면 강추!!!

호텔인줄 알았는데 Air BnB처럼 카톡으로 주인을 만나서 생활하는 방법을 설명들어야 합니다. 바깥 풍경은 좋지만 침대가 안좋아서 가족 모두 허리가 안 좋아졌습니다. 별로 추천하고 싶지는 않습니다

This was a great option for the city. Service was great and made very welcome. Very safe and secure setup, which i liked. One small negative - I would say you need to take taxis more from here than perhaps I had expected. It would be good to download GRAB or similar app to phone... Otherwise a good stay.

Visst har jag varit med om att hotell har lite finare bilder än hur det ser ut i verkligheten, men detta var en ENORM skillnad. Bilderna har tjusiga rum med designmöbler. Det rum jag och min kompis hyrde (vi hade varsitt) hade halvslitna möbler från motsvarande hur ikeas möbler såg ut förr. Det fanns en kokplatta och det var rent. Man kunde be om städning varje dag om man så önskade. Det är som ett lägenhetshotell, inte ett hotell. Så det finns ingen mat att köpa på plats. Jag tycker det var ganska dyrt med tanke på vad jag fick för pengarna, men det var tillräckligt bra för att jag skulle stanna en natt till så vi hann med en tur av staden innan vi åkte vidare. Bostaden ligger i District 4, och de flesta restauranger ligger i District 1, dvs över bron. Ta med öronproppar då ljudet från trafiken är öronbedövande och konstant. Det är dock tyst inne i lägenheten. Skulle jag bo i Saigon igen så skulle jag boka i District 1, då det är enklare med allt, särskilt att äta frukost. Att köra scooter där uteslöt vi sekunden vi såg trafiken - jag överlever helst min semesterresa. :) Tvättmaskin finns i lägenheten, vilket är toppen. När jag behövde hjälp med något så skrev jag bara till dem på WhatsApp och fick nästan alltid svar direkt. Stor vattendunk finns i köket. 7-11 med öppet dygnet runt finns nära. Det finns ett apotek nära också. Men bara ett fåtal kafeer och restauranger för västerlänningar nära. Så man behöver gå över bron. Det går snabbt, men är inte en mysig upplevelse.

Such a lovely place with an amazing view. My host - Giang was super friendly and supportive. She was there whenever I needed help. I'm glad that I found this place. Will definitely staying again in the future.

This apartment is very conveniently located. It has everything that you need for a nice stay in HCMC and the bed is very comfortable. The AC works perfectly which is important to us. Thank you!

친구와 단둘이 여행갔는데, 처음에 어떻게 연락하는 지 몰라서 헤맸어요. 통신사가 달라서 저희는 전화를 할수가 없었거든요. 출입을 통제하는 경비원의 도움을 받아서 사장님이랑 접촉할 수 있었어요. 카카오톡으로 연락을 주고 받았는데 시간 관계없이 연락이 가능하고, 주변의 관광지도 친절하게 추천해주셨어요. 3박머물렀는데 수건을 매일 갈아주셨고, 청소는 한 번 해주셨어요. 취사가 가능해보이는데, 칼과 가위가 녹슬었더라구요, 하하.. 파상풍걸릴 것 같아서 사용은 안했어요. 저렴한 가격에 깨끗하고 편안하게 휴식할 수 있었어요. 근처에 해산물 거리가 있어서 좋아요! 제일 좋았던 건 세탁기와 세제가 있었어요!ㅋㅋ 헬스장과 수영장도 사용가능해요.

The view was amazing. Staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming.

The view was probably my favorite thing about the property. I didn't close my curtains because it was so nice to be able to people-watch HCMC from many stories up before getting my day started. Both in the morning and at night, the view was beautiful.

The apartment has an amazing location with lots in the immediate area (walking distance) and right across the street from District 1. The groundfloor amenities are pretty good and the grocery store is fairly priced. High floor with cool view, very clean and super comfortable. Feels like a home. Amenities in the building are nice (gym, pool, and motorbike parking). Would definitely stay here again

전체적인 호스트 친절도 만족했습니다 2박 했는데 첫번째방에 화장실 문제가 있어서 바로 다음날 방변경 해주었구요 소통이 빨랐습니다 청결도는 중상 정도 입니다 어느 블로그 후기에 바퀴벌레 얘기가 있던데 저는 못봤고 깨끗했습니다 전체적으로 만족했습니다 위치도 1군과 가까워서 좋았어요 걸어서20분정도!
