I enjoyed my stay here - a great location, as it was just over the bridge from the old town, so less hectic, but a short walk and I was in amongst the delightful mayhem! The staff were very helpful indeed, but one criticism would be that, on arrival I was given too much of a sales pitch about places to see - but mainly excursions, the assumption being that I hadn’t researched my trip and the area.

Nice place to stay. Easy walk and cycle to old town. Friendly family who runs the small hotel. Large clean rooms. Lovely relaxing garden and pool. Some noise from everyday Vietnam life but it was nice to stay in a more local area. Tip...great little coffee vendor across the street with 15 dong coffees.

Stedet er utrolig koselig innvendig og utvendig. Store fine rom og bad. Servicen er upåklagelig. Da en av oss ble syk, fikk vi hjelp av hyggelige ansatte.

Was a lovely stay in a beautiful villa. The ladies downstairs were so kind and supportive throughout our stay, highly reccomend The Muse House Villa too anyone looking for a place to stay in Hoi An.

Schickes kleines Hotel etwas außerhalb der Altstadt. Vielleicht 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis Oldtown. Gutes Frühstück a la Cart. Kaffee schmeckt. Freundliches Personal. Schöner Pool, sauber. Garten könnte etwas mehr Liebe vertragen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Wasser im Bad entweder heiß oder kalt. Würde es wieder buchen.

The muse house was wonderful the staff are so friendly and kind we will be returning next year the food was perfect and room cleaning every day thanks to all the lovely staff and owners extremely welcoming and so pleasing to help thank everyone at the muse house for making our stay with you a very happy one bless you all

Such a lovely place, with equally lovely staff. Gorgeously decorated rooms and immaculately clean. I hope to stay again next time i come to Hoi An

It's a beautiful place and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. It is on a very busy road, and unfortunately our room faced the noisy street. So it was not quiet at all. It's a bit of a walk to old town, but not too far. The there are many restaurants nearby to cĥoose from.

Excellent value for money. Spacious & clean room, gracious staff, and all the services we need (laundry, pick-up & drop-off). Will definitely back many more times.

Lucky, receptionist was amazing, helpful, kind and considerate, without her we wouldn’t have been able to do the tours we did, would give 10 stars if we could Great location, close to old town by grab, really cheap, accommodation was fantastic, clean, air con was great, pool area well looked after. Breakfast good selection, and beautiful dog to share it with haha

口コミを見てこちらのホテルに決めました。 家族経営で12部屋しか無い小さなビラでしたがお部屋も大きく、掃除も行き届いていてとても快適に過ごせました。 ビラの雰囲気がとっても素敵で、毎朝小鳥の囀りで目が覚めとっても気持ち良い1日のスタートを送る事が出来ました。ホイアンの旧市街迄徒歩で10分ちょっと、良いお散歩になりましたが、自電車無料貸し出しもありました。とにかくベトナムはタクシーがお安いのでタクシー移動も簡単です。 朝食はオーダー方式でフォーやミークオンの麺もありました。フルーツをオーダーしたら盛り合わせを持って来てくれます。 お値段も安く、こんなに満足の宿は久しぶりです。次回は娘と又宿泊したいと思います。 The Muse Houseの皆さま、ホスピタリティのサービス本当にありがとうございました🙏 The Muse House have nice atmosphere. My husband and I had a fabulous stay here at the Muse House. Great value, friendly staff who go above and beyond and make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The location is a 10 min walk to the old town making it more affordable than others. Walking at night back to the hotel also felt safe. Thanks for an incredible 4x night stay, we will be back

Our stay at Muse House was beyond perfect. Lucky, the host, was so welcoming and friendly and made sure our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Upon arrival we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a great recommendation for a local tailor which made high quality clothes. Our room was very clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Thank you for making our time so memorable in Hoi An!

We had an amazing time at the Muse House. The service was incredible and everything about the accommodation was perfect. Great value for money. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation for our time in Hoi An.

On faisait tout pour satisfaire nos besoins. La propriétaire et ses employés étaient aux petits soins pour nous. Ont trouvé rapidement quelqu’un pour traiter un problème de santé. De plus ont fait venir un ouvrier en fin de soirée pour réparer l’air climatisé afin de nous permettre de bien dormir. Hoa est une jeune employée très à l’écoute de nos demandes et a organisé notre transport vers Hué entrecoupé d’excursions.

We spent 3 nights here and I have to say the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was enormous, as was the bed, and it had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and a nice pool area. Our room was set back off the street so we could not hear the street traffic. Great place to stay.

数種類から選べる朝食がとても美味しく、外へ食べに行く必要がありませんでした。スタッフの方がとても親切で、空港への送迎なども手配してくださいました（有料）。 客室は写真通りで、清潔で使いやすかったです。一部コンセントがささりづらい場所がありました。 犬がいてかわいかったです。

We loved our stay at the Muse house and would not hesitate to go back. Excellent communication from Hoa at reception too. This is a family hotel and has that feel to it. It is a short walk into the old town , around 15 mins . Breakfast is enough and good although for some it might be limited if you compare to a big hotel , however it was easily enough for us and at a 5 star big hotel , but then it is possible you might pay just breakfast at a 5 star hotel what it costs to stay at the Muse including breakfast . Overall the Muse house represents great value for money, it is clean , rooms and bathrooms are a good size , its in a good location , staff are nice and the price is right . What is there not to like ??
