Urban Alley Hotel

Upon arrival at Urban Alley Hotel at late evening at 21.30 with raining, the receptionist asked our passport as normal process when you doing check-in and other staff served us hot drinking water. Later on in 8 minutes they informed us the hotel have the problem with electrical shut down so they will transfer us to another hotel far away from here 800 meters with offered free of transporation to transfer with one staff escorted us. When we arrived at second hotel, we waiting for 15 mins and seem liked they didn't coordinate the room for us before, so they didn't have room for us and staff from Urban Alley Hotel informed that to transfer us to other hotel again and my question is how far? he said 3 kilometters from the second hotel. At Dang Anh Hotel seems we far away 4 kilometters from area that we choose to stay, convenient for sight seeing but no choices for us to follow him that time cause it's too late night and we didn't have dinner yet and really want to take rest. Unfortunate we can't slept all first night, the location for the hotel they should for us very terrible, very crowded and noisy from car, motobike and people all the night. Moreover, we are a couple but they gave us twin bed. The room seem likes not really to service us, main switch board for lighting can't use, have water in hot water pot from previous guest and it doesn't work, in wardrobe have many stuffs and a old fan in there. Breakfast was more terrible, less food and all getting cold.

お値段相応ということであれば設備のコンディションは相対評価で星３つと云う事かもしれませんが、お湯のでがさみしいとか１月だからなのＡＣが働かない様になっているなど絶対評価としては星２つとせざるを得ないと思います。

The bed was good size, but it appeared that some springs on the bed were pushing up on my back.

Great location, easy to walk around the city, nearby is a beautiful lake with nice walking area, great night market. The staff at the location is very knowledgeable about the local tours and are very helpful.

Experience a one-hour blackout and noisy AC but staff quickly fixed the issues.

Great staff, clean, within walking distance of everything you need or want!

シャワーが冷たいのしか出なく 、季節によっては寒い。　　　　　　　　空港までGrabを呼ぶつもりだったが、ホテル経由でＧrabより安くいけた。

ホテルマンの対応が素晴らしかったです。 また来た際に、利用したいと思います。

This is the second time I've stayed at Urban Alley, and it was just as great as the first time. I really like that it's in a quiet but nice alley off a major road. It's easy walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake as well as many great restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was super tasty and the staff very kind. Also maybe one of my favorite things about this hotel is the furniture in the room is all solid wood with wood flooring. It feels warm and inviting.

Good location, in an calm part of old town. Close to many good eating places. And very helpful and friendly crew!

Sometimes there was a bad smell in the room. Everything else was good.

お値段が安く、文句は言えませんが、滞在中には色々ありました。部屋の鍵が壊れたり、Wi-Fiがつながらず２日終わったり、シーツやタオルも綺麗とはいえませんでした。タオルはリクエストをして、やっと小さいタオル。もらいましたが、次の日には持っていかれたまま、くれませんでした。でも、スタッフの感じはいいので、しつこく、リクエストをしてみてもいいかもしれません。3人で宿泊をしたので、3人目のシャワーはぬるま湯から、水に変わるところでした。でも安くて、良いロケーションでした。

Bath room need attention . The bath curtain has mold. This should be replaced. It is just cost a few dollars. Bath towels are very old and should be replaced. It seem like the owner of the hotel is not doing a good job at keeping the hotel looked attractive for sustaining business for a long time.

저렴한가격에 위치는 참으로 좋았습니다 다만 호텔 침구가 좀 오래된 느낌이 들어서 아쉬웠습니다. 조식도 괜찮고 서비스도 나름 만족합니다 일단 가성비는 쵝오

1st room was disgusting, room hàd not been cleaned for days. We had thé sensation that we had slept in somebôdy else bed. 2nd bedroom was better but this hotel is more suitable for bacpackers than any other people. Very limited breakfast. No water. Ana is good but should be stricter on tidiness. The hotel felt sticky everywhere disappointing option even though location was good. dirty batroom. Dirty balcony to be at a reasonable price does not mean to be a dirty place

In a nice alley but there are loud disco music 50 ft away from hotel Hotel need major renovation and in breakfast time. Is not buffet style but order off menu One feel like Oliver if you try to order item “May I had some more sir” They are not please to accommodate for order more Bathroom and window are dirty. My shower curtain rod was almost came off from the wall Hot water maker got stain inside Not worth to stay

旧市街地内にあり、ロケーションは良いです。 8Fの部屋でしたがバスタブもあり、ゆったりできました。 朝食はメニュー表から選ぶ形式です。 チェックアウト時にスタッフからキャンディーをいただきました。

la camera che hanno dato a noi non era molto accogliente: il materasso terribilmente duro, ragnatele sul soffitto, lavandino con rubinetto arrugginito, vetri della porta della doccia abbastanza sporchi... la colazione abbastanza deludente ma dipende dai gusti, ci sono a scelta una decina di piatti tra cui fried noodes, fried eggs, boiled eggs... nota positiva il caffè, che loro chiamano black coffee, ha un sapore particolare, nulla a che fare con il solito caffè che si trova in giro per il mondo. nota di merito ai ragazzi che lavorano in reception e sala che comunque sono sempre gentili e disponibili e alla posizione abbastanza strategica nel quartiere vecchio.
