New Park Hotel

Room very clean helpful lady on the phone. Would recommend a stay.

The place smelled really bad. There was clearly an attempt to cover it up with various air freshness but it was quite unpleasant. It was also really loud. We could hear the doors closing, people going up and down the stairs and even showers and footsteps and conversations from other rooms. Would not recommend.

Bed comfortable and shower powerful. They and Expedia need to make it clear that there is no breakfast.

It’s basic but clean tidy and stress free

Always clean, the lady who sorts out the room keys is great aswell. Stay there all the time when we work in Camarthan 👍

No check in facility and grotty area

A bit small room but enough space for what we needed. Clean, easy check in & out, just a little noisy with doors that seem to slam. Would go back though

Beautiful room. Very clean. Quiet. Tea and coffee in the room. Shower was lovely

Internet went down late in evening so no tv channels. Was to late to bother anybody. Other than that great p oh ace will stay again.

Bit disappointing. One room had no shower gel. Wifi so weak unusable. One room very small, maybe 10x8 ft. No-one at the property to check in and a lockbox to retrieve room cards.

Hotel check in was unattended, and there is no reception/bar/restaurant but standard of room was excellent and there are plenty of nearby places to eat/drink at. Really great value for money.

Toilet stunk of sewers after using shower. It’s not a hotel, no check in desk, you get a text prior asking you to download an app to get access to the hotel/room. If you don’t do this you can phone the number on the front door when you arrive to get access. Way to much hassle a lot of better options in the area. I will not stay again and I am a frequent traveler.

Lovely clean room with very helpful staff. Only down side is that the Wi-Fi didn't work from my room and was so far away from the router that it only rarely showed up.

Clean, quiet and large comfortable room with en suite. Easy "Faceless" check in & out.

The check in by app is going to be a problem for some people and you can only do it one one device

Good points. Easy check-in/access to accommodation and standard of decor, bathroom and bed good. Not so good the room is not soundproofed as claimed, I could hear everything the person upstairs was doing including blowing his nose! Despite the secondary glazing you could hear everything outside. However the real issue, not one of the hotel’s doing was the rather sinister behaviour on the street right outside the hotel were large groups of men gathered, racing cars with modified exhausts, arguing and shouting from 23.30 to 02.00, it was a Tuesday night with hardly any pubs open or many people out drinking so clearly there is a concerning anti-social behaviour problem in this area.

Lovely well laid out Morden styled room with plenty of space, great contact from Zoe, really easy to use app to get into property and room couldn’t be happier

Wasn’t to bad , but second night there were a lot young adults performing on the streets outside out hotel , , going on through the the night snd getting louder, still going on past 2am in the morning , and getting loader . Considering there was camera all way down the street , and nothing was done . I wouldn’t rate the price we had to pay for the rooms at all
