The room was spotless and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The staff on reception were particularly helpful. We were disappointed that the evening meal menu was a fixed price 4 course meal, with no a la carte options. The food was lovely but we really didn’t want a four course meal.

Llandudno is like being home

Perfect location, clean, large lounge and restaurant area's both welcoming, decorated and furnished well. Food was a very high standard. The water in indoor pool could have been warmer but all on all we had a very nice stay.

Hotel lovely though showing signs of age . Could do with a face lift . I booked a manicure but only had a few colours and could not do french polish which was why o booked it in the first place so was very disappointed. Staff friendly and bed extremely comfortable

My Mum and Dad have had an absolute amazing time.. Everything was completely wonderful! Myself and my siblings booked my Mum and Dad in for their special anniversary, and they couldn't fault a thing. They sincerely loved every single moment. My Mum said they will definitely be returning.. The staff can't do enough to help,so friendly and helpful,every single member. The room was simply beautiful,the food was outstanding. We are all so happy that you have all contributed to make this so very special. Thank You to you all..

The only thing I didn’t agree with was there was only a four course meal on offer on a night time at £40 pp if you only wanted 2 courses it was still £40pp which I think is totally wrong.

Firstly when i checked in they gave me a very small room it was bot the room i booked ,i told the reception it was the wrong room and i was told all the rooms was standard ,i showed the room i went for on expedia.co.uk it was a much better room ,she trid to contact expedia.co.uk but they would not answer, so she tried the owners and they wanted to refund me but i did not want that because i wanted my holiday, then she offed me another room which was bigger and i had to except that,the porter told me it was for another couple but they would get the smaller room ,it looks like work out these rooms as first come first serve,i was very disappointed about it all but it didn't spoil my holiday

There was plenty of seating area. Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The tea and coffee machines could have been accessable anytime However the rooms were well stocked with tea and coffee and the cups pots and coffee pots were a great size

no complaints here, way above normal UK hotel/B&B... fridge, air cond, inside pool, even two lifts (for 3 storey unusual). Parking is a challenging skill, but then, having parking at all is unusual in these seaside places., so all is still100%!! not part of hotel, but be careful seagulls down by pier... very aggressive if you have food.
