Lovely venue, friendly staff and well worth the return 👍

Fabulous food and great staff. Clean and comfortable room

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating as I have a disability. Lack of a lift was inconvenient but I knew about it before I booked so no complaints.

まず部屋が傾いていたこと、ルームサービス無し、フロントに人いない、部屋は不衛生でWIFIも一時使用できない、など。建物は数百年の歴史がありますが、二度と泊まることはないでしょう。

清掃が行き届いていない。備品も揃っていない。部屋が傾いていた。タクシーも呼べない。Wifiが一時使用できない。もう泊まることはないです。

The room was fine, shower water pressure was poor but the real reason I’m leaving a review was our experience with management who repeatedly tried to delay our breakfast the next morning. After it was brought up the 2nd time by hotel staff, we decided to skip breakfast instead of waiting till 9a to accommodate them.

Clean room good facilities. Great location to access town. Loved the live band and you can hear it from the top floor so just be mindful if a concern of yours!

No lift, no A/C. No parking during the day. This is an older hotel and the main stairs are a little uneven. Not a good choice if you have any mobility problems. Room was clean and comfortable. Some repairs needed in bathroom. Toilet roll holder was broken and shelf over sink was missing. Good shower, lots of hot water. Included breakfast was good.

Excellent venue to take on a gig night in the adjacent town hall...bar was lively, beer was good lol

Room was very small and tired. Shower/toilet in a "cupboard", was worse than the student accommodation my sister inlaw had for her first year in university. No carparking at the "hotel" despite the misleading information on the web site. Staff were very good, helpful and friendly. The food was good providing you enjoy Indian menu (very little other choice) but breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Good traditional UK town centre hotel with very good breakfast. Good value for money

Every member of staff was superb.... friendly, professional and efficient. Great customer service. The bedroom was smaller than I was expecting and didn't have a bath (as per the online photos). It also felt a bit dated/old fashioned. Great restaurant and lovely breakfast. BUT being handy for the town centre does mean it is noisy outside... early morning deliveries and late night revellers were a nightmare with the windows open. Overall though I enjoyed my stay

A unique hotel near to the heart of town.

A central location. No parking at the hotel, but there is a long stay car park a short walk away, near the castle. The bathroom was tiny but had all one needed. The bed was comfortable and a good cooked breakfast. On Sundays you need to check in by 8pm because they close up and you need a key to get in.

Quaint hotel located over a pub in the main part of town. Comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very nice. All the staff members were fantastic.

We stayed for 2 nights and from the outset the welcome provided was excellent. The owner and staff were obliging and attentive especially Taylor who was a delight to meet and went out of her way to make sure our stay met with our requirements. Her rush to assist a lady who fell outside of the hotel was exemplary and demonstrated her kindness and thoughtfulness. Excellent tasty breakfast too.

Everything was great! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the pints and a toastie in the covered outside dinning booths.

My third stay in 9 months. Comfortable hotel in the town centre. Superb breakfast, friendly staff, fantastic Indian food in the evening. I'll hope to be back soon.
