Complete mess up. Changed the date via hotel for 28th. Constant call and messages. Called today only to find dogs are not allowed in the room overnight. Totally disappointed as this was a Christmas present for my son. No communication and now an upset son

Friendly hospitality. Clean room. Food good

The rooms are basic but were clean (other than some cobwebs on the light fittings). The rooms could do with a lick of paint and new carpets perhaps. But the bathrooms were well appointed and clean. Bed comfortable. Tea making facilities. The rooms could do with bedside lamps for convenience. Free easy parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food served in the pub below was fantastic. Beware of the latest check in being 11pm and no access to the outside world after this and until 7.30am other than via the fire escapes. Overall I would stay again as it was very convenient and nice enough.

The knights is a great place to stay..i had 2 friends over from galway for the one night,,Service great,staff very good and friendly,,Rooms great..food and drink was great..My both mates loved it as well..would recommend to anyone....Well done 12 knights and i only live up the road,,Had to stay with my friends as they came a long way to see me....

Staff were amazing. Louise was so very helpful. Quaint pub area with great seating options. Breakfast was a little pricey for the quality. Rooms were decent. Very plain. Shower was a little awkward with water splashing out constantly.

Drinks expensive.due ro accident outside.the kitchen was shut.Had to go look for food.Not the hotels fault

Staff very friendly and attentive. Bed Room, common areas and bathroom were clean but in need of renovation and repair.

surprised to be asked for payment when we arrived had paid before online day before was also asked again following morning apparently not showing on system

I understand we paid just 48 quid for a room, but to have black mold, tissue stuffed in window seal and carpet quite literally stopping the door from opening as it was ruined and pulled up was not acceptable. No toilet roll. Soap empty in bathroom and felt like it was a painted shell not a hotel room. Harsh but true. For maybe 10 or 15 more quid we could have had literal luxury compared to this at Blancos or Greenacres. We got moved to a different room that had bare walls. A bathroom bigger than most bedrooms with a 19 inch tv in the high corner of room and unfortunately this caused (im not exaggerating) echoes that can only be described as desperate lol. I know you get what you pay for. However we have got a lot more for very little extra money. Seriously this isnt a hotel. Its a few rooms above a pub. The rooms are terrible. Pub However is great. Seriously the pub and staff are great. Rooms are like a hostel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was spacious and comfortable which was great for a dog friendly hotel. Locals in the bar were very friendly also. We enjoyed our stay.

2 star hotel advertised as 3 1/2 star, checked out straight away and checked into prem inn

The hotel’s staff is kind, and the food is excellent! However, the only inconvenience was that after 11 p.m., we had to use the outdoor stairs because the main door was no longer accessible.

Pleasant pub, staff friendly. Economical and value for money.

Dirty beyond ability to be cleaned, poorly maintained, Black mould in bathroom, curtains hanging off, Carpet so dirty that felt need to keep shoes on. Needs a complete refurb. Such a shame as staff were lovely. Pictures very misleading.

Kevin and the team are great, happy to help however they can. The food is very good as are the drinks. The en suite bathroom had a great shower, fluffy clean towels and was nicely laid out. The bed was clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and both agreed the only thing to change were some of the carpets. We didn't sleep, eat or shower on the carpets though, so it wasn't a game changer. We would definitely stay again, thank you Kevin and the whole team.

Simple, functional and good food, excellent staff and a good area to stay for business.

My room was of a good size, however the cleanliness skirting boards was poor. The room would benefit with a lot more power points for charging.

Great manager dont think anything would be a problem if you asked great staff aswell. Clean linen and hot water after a days work. Its a budget hotel so dont expect the ritz bedrooms just need a refresh but ive stayed for another week. Food is very good and HOT. Overall great. Thanks again jason A

Cannot beleave you would pay that amount of money to stay here . Dirty dated would like a refund on this property. It is the worst place l have ever stayed in . I have traveled around the country a lot not fit to advertise this place . So So disappointed havnt slept all night as of the surroundings.
