Great friendly staff. Parking outside (within time restrictions but great) warm comfortable rooms. Best part was the buffet breakfast. Very tasty! Very well priced! Highly recommend a visit.

Great breakfast , ideal location, had a problem with tv remote reported it and the issue was sorted in minutes second time off staying would stay again and recommend.

Good location. Ideal for our one night stay. Brilliant "eat as much as you want" breakfast. Well stocked public bar. Friendly staff. Dated decor and furniture but we didn't mind as everything was clean.

Well positioned friendly, family hotel, 50m from the seafront & 50m from the main shopping street. Lift now fitted - which is a God-send, especially if you’re on a higher floor - or have mobility issues. Excellent breakfast and a team of very friendly and welcoming staff. Very good value for the money.

I received a free drink from the bar on arrival which was very welcomed after a long journey up. The guy was very friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. Perfect location to the seafront and parking was good outside.

Very clean and lovely breakfast

Nice hotel , nice breakfast, nice staff, however my onley point is this. The steps leading up from the street into the hotel are far to steep, a handrail in the centre of the steps would help an elderly perso enormously.

Compact room, but everything very clean and very comfortable. The towels were nice an fresh smelling, the room and hotel was nice and warm, the staff helpful and the cooked breakfast very nice. For the price we paid, very satisfied

I will start by saying it isn't perfect. The hotel is somewhat dated and could do with a makeover. Thats about as far as i can criticise and yet its not a big deal for me. The hotel is located just off of Llandudno's front so its a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and comfortable enough for me at least. Didn't experience any issues with noise. The buffet breakfast was very nice too with a decent selection of food and drink, all included in the stay. The price for all that was very good, allowing me to enjoy a last minute weekend break without breaking the bank. Like I said, not perfect but very good all the same! :)

Hotel was very clean throughout and my room was spotless. The breakfast was excellent and included in the price. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room carpet and furniture were dated and could do with upgrading, however maybe upgrades are on there way as a brand new lift had just been installed. At this time of year overnight parking outside the hotel was easy and free. Overall would highly recommend.

Basically a good hotel that I have stayed before and have booked again. Needs a bit of updating but I can live with that. Good buffet breakfast. Ideal location
