Smooth redemption experience. Good service and treatment.

I really like the hairdresser! And the services was good as well. But, the receptionist was not so nice and helpful. I bought voucher for Junior Stylist 2, but she told me that there is only Junior Stylish 1 which is lower than Stylist 2 (and the price is cheaper as well). Honestly I really don’t mind because I know Alfons’s quality, but too bad the way she explained it to me wasn’t really nice at all.

They using Kerastase product which I love! The staff is so friendly

The service were awesome, ambience in Alfons the best place for hair salon in jakarta. Would recommend this place to others and for sure I’ll go back again to have more experience in alfons.

Proses penggunaan Traveloka Xperience voucher di salon ini cukup OK. Tapi saya sarankan untuk book dulu ke salon atau jangan datang kalau waktunya sudah mepet mau tutup, karena kita harus datang sesuai tanggal di voucher. Perawatan Kerastase ini kurang lebih sekitar 2 jam prosesnya.

Service oke, pedicure bersih, tempat nyaman, pegawai ramah. Katanya ada ruang khusus hijab, mungkin lain kali akan coba hair treatmentnya.

Dari beberapa salon a, b+ yg saya coba, nah alfons ini the greatest one. Mulai dari pelayanannya yg ramah, standart pelayanan yg super terbaik, expert banget sekalian konsultasi soal sensitifnya rambut saya mulai dari shampo, treatment sampai hairstylist yg expert juga. Fully recommended.

Cut my hair here. Was just ok, too short but it will grow later. Best thing was the shampoo. Service was great as well.

Pertama teman saya sedang melakukan perawatan... Saya tertarik dengn promo traveloka. Dan meminta teman saya untuk reserve atas nama saya. Dan di iya kan oleh pihak salon... Tetapi sesudah sampai disana saya disuruh menunggu kurang lebih 2jam dengan alasan tamunya baru pada datang... Percuma reserve tetapi tamu datang dipersilahkan... Apa karena saya pakai promo traveloka? Bahasa yg digunakan menurut saya tidak sopan untuk salon sekelas alfons! Thanks

Xtra-enjoyable Xperience! Voucher redemption was super easy - no hassle at all. I was being handled by a junior hair stylist who performed really well throughout process of the hair cut. He paid great attention to how I want my hair to be after the cut and made it happen. The result is super satisfying, I usually like how my hair looks like just right after the cut but then the next day it’ll be a mess. This one stays put and looks as nice even without blowdry! Recommended!
