The staff was confused with the voucher redemption and there was a little issue during the process. Fortunately, the supervisor addressed it quickly. The service is actually OK, not that I am complaining much, but a little bit of smile from the staff could be pretty much helpful to bring the positive vibe on dreadful-health-institution ambiance. Overall, the service is good, but there are still room for many improvements.
