The first stop was the local market to buy the ingredients for lunch. Everything was fresh and beautiful. After shopping, we got into a boat for a ride down the Thu Bon river to our island destination. Six of the people were vegetarians, yet the chef was able to adapt to their needs. The food and instruction was excellent, four tasty courses, so much food! With so many cooking experiences to choose from it is difficult but I am so pleased I chose this one, a great day out!
