Very enjoyable

The access to the beach is excellent and the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, however, the facility is not run at a level that warrants the cost: the elevator was missing a floor board at the door, making it hard to roll suitcases and stroller over it; they ran out of beach towels, bath towels, and beach umbrellas for rent; the sliding door to the balcony was missing the safety bar to prevent it being opened; the kitchen missed part of our breakfast order and the error was not confirmed until they asked it we were ready for the check. Any one of these concerns is minor, but the pattern they demonstrate reflects the underlying issue: they charge too much for the service they provide.

We had two accidents. Our 4 year old tripped on the 6 inch raised plate before you ext the sliding door to the balcony and hurt her knees. Our 3 year old fell off the bed and injured the back of her head. She went back to sleep bleeding and it was believed that she hit her head on a piece of metal sticking slight out from under bed.

Great parking

The property has impeoved significantly since experiencing storm damages of the past few years. The location is right on the beach. All rooms have partial or full ocean view rooms.

Had fun

Love that y'all have linked with the Hilton app and allow us to use that to make check-in all the easier. This was the first time I was able to use the Hilton app when booking through Expedia.

The Hotel meet all expectations. Staff was excellent, i purchased my stay with breakfast and they have vouchers for up to 4 guests only, but honored my 6 guests on my reservation, which i really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious! i highly recommend this place if your visiting the crystal coast!

While our overall stay was enjoyable, we experienced a serious issue that impacted our visit. My family — including my young niece who was understandably terrified — became stuck in the elevator. Based on the staff’s reaction, it was apparent this wasn’t an isolated issue, and the elevator was subsequently shut down for the remainder of our stay. Unfortunately, this meant relying on the stairs for the rest of the trip, which was a significant inconvenience. While we appreciated other aspects of the hotel, this incident was both distressing and disappointing, especially knowing the issue had been ongoing.

I didn't like this property at all. It was old and dirty and over priced. There was no shampoo and bath tub was clogged. Air conditioning was really outdated and loud. For $300.00 per night NO!!

Loved staying here and enjoyed the beach access!

Hotel is a bit tired. Elevators are always busy, need a couple more. Restaurant was not accessible, wish I had known that as we were a party of 8. Molly’s Tiki bar is ridiculously priced and not very comfortable. Staff was attentive. There was a big ice cooler near pool area, assuming you could buy bags of ice to bring to the beach, it was completely empty….. what a tease! Pool was decent, plenty of seating, very few umbrellas for shade.

I loved being able to hang at the beach and go sit in their outdoor restaurant called Molly’s and have a meal and drinks with out having to change or drive some place

este hotel esta muy bien xq tiene el acceso directo. a la playa y tiene un pequeño restaurante al lado de la piscina por si quieres beber o comer algo me pareció muy bien la verdad

Melissa helped us change rooms due to wanting an oceanfront room. She was great! Very friendly and helpful!

I loved it's on the beach, I didn't like that the parking lot was able to be used by everyone not just guests

Had a wonderful stay while in town for a baseball tournament. Had 2 teenage boys and they enjoyed it as well.
