Fantastic hotel, lovely attention to detail. Spa was wonderful, very much enjoyed this stay.

Meget fint hotel men virkelig svært at finde spa, pool osv. Ikke i orden at spa ikke er inkluderet i club-værelser gratis. På mange værelser er der en dyb brummen konstant pga. AC maskiner på taget!

A regular go to. Good spa and pool options too.

The property was excellent. Everything was well maintained and the staff was some of the most considerate and polite people i have been around. Site is conveniently located to local transportation and various dining and shopping establishments. I will recommend it to others and i plan to return in the future.

Travelled on my own. Was made to feel welcome and safe. They acknowledged my birthday which was nice. The staff were helpful and friendly would stay again

This is a lovely hotel, well placed if you are attending the Usher Hall. Clean, comfortable rooms and attentive, efficient staff. The only downside was the fact that our toilet would not flush. This was reported early in the morning but still not fixed by the time we checked out.

Beautiful

It wasn’t my first stay at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and in good condition. The staff is very kind; the spa is great - even if you only use the main pool and sauna.

Very pleasent and relaxing

The staff definitely made our couple of day worth the “overly” expensive stay. Room was okay nothing special, food and drinks way too expensive. Good area for getting to princes street and gardens.

Gorgeous hotel, very friendly staff, lovely club room with castle view and very nice club lounge , definitely worth the extra money.

Very convenient for all of the attraction most of which are walkable from the hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful and the quality of the hotel was excellent. Would thoroughly tecommend

Good hotel. Location was good Beds were comfy No noise from outer areas when in rooms Bathrooms could have done with an extra clean especially with attention to the wall tiles.

We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. The staff were all very nice and room was lovely. We prebooked breakfast but wouldn't do that again. The full english was small and very 'standard' nothing more impressive than a Wetherspoons! One coffee machine is a joke, the queues were ridiculous. At a 5* hotel, I'd expect fresh coffee rather than a low standard machine and one I have to queue for at that.

The staff

It was ok but not as good as I would have expected. Air con stopped working in the last night (fault code) so was very stuffy and could not sleep. No room service after 11 pm so could not get anything after the Ulster Halll show. Very odd bathroom door arrangement makes privacy difficult.
