Everyone was kind and helpful, it’s a beautiful hotel with great food and relaxing pool area.

the pool is too old they nees to remodel it

Staff were super kind and hotel was very clean. What I didn’t like was paying $18 for a Martini and getting a small 8 oz glass half full. That’s ridiculous!

Very nice hotel, Good food, nice dining and lobby.

Wife and I woke up with bed bug bites all over our legs. Same bug bite complaints on other big name review sites by other customers too. Very very disgusting. Unless you get a pool view room, you’ll be hearing airplanes pretty loud from morning to night that’s why this hotel is cheaper compared to others. Don’t bother trying to check in before 3, they won’t let you check in early. They’ll keep telling you “there’s no rooms available” instead of being upfront and honest about checking in only at 3. I was told there’s no clean rooms yet at 2:52pm and magically at 3pm rooms were available. One little cafe in the hotel, nothing near by to eat.

Someone entered my room without knocking and the hotel had no records of anyone entering which makes me wondering. I got really freaked out, terrible experience

Too much furniture in such a small room. Get rid of the couch and table.
