Very nice place, centrally located downtown, 2 blocks from the water. Lots of restaurants, bars, shops. Historic centre of Victoria is a short walk.

Breakfast was great with an incredible view of the city from the 18th floor Staff very friendly Great location and very walkable to all the good places such as restaurants and shopping and tourist sight and parliament and museum and pubs

Nice hotel, but a bit expensive for the quality of the room.

Don't stay in Room 306--view is of "glass" pyramid roof overhang.

This locally owned Victoria hotel was all we needed for our Victoria adventure. We were impressed by the quality of the rooms and were immediately assisted with the few needs we had. We had an amazing view, and a roomy 2 bedroom suite with a small kitchenette perfect for our large group. The staff wars very accommodating, and Glen, David, Herb and Jessie were professional and cheerful in helping us navigate town. Vista 18’s view was spectacular and gave a view of the city. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We ate several meals right there because of the ease. Even room service was wonderful and easy! We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, and they were clean and relaxing. We will be back!

Lobby bar is cosy. Location is great. Rooms have a lot of amenities, staff is lovely and overall a great hotel!

I didn't use the breakfast bar. I ate breakfast at the Vista 18 restaurant.

My family had a great experience in this hotel. Clean room and good amenities. Some of the tourist attractions are nearby. 5mins- 10mins walk from the hotel so it's also a plus!

What a great place to stay in Victoria, all the staff are amazing just so friendly and helpful. Jaz from house keeping was just someone who was so nice and kind to me and my wife. This hotel was incredibly clean from top to bottom. The restaurant and bar have a great view and again friendly and helpful. The front desk staff are very nice and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and again just so clean and fresh. Our 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs , enjoyed the balcony and kitchenette . It was a real gem and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Great location! Loved our room. A microwave wouldve have been good but we didn’t ask for one. The staff were excellent!!

Staff and facilities were excellent and the room was a good size. The shower was a bit low (height) and water pressure was too high in the shower, no easy way to turn down. Not relaxing, more of an assault with water. Overall stay was good, just shower could be improved. Nobody needs 500L / min flow

My family and I stayed at the Chateau whilst visiting family on Vancouver Island, having never stayed here before we were unsure what to expect, but on arrival all the staff were super friendly and continued to be even more so throughout the stay, making my young daughter happy throughout every interaction, the hotel itself was great, clean, well kept and very spacious rooms, plus great views from higher up. We visited the restaurant on the 18th floor a number of times as well as the bar on the lower level and had equally pleasant experiences, we have all said we will stay there again on our next visit to Victoria.

In a good location...walkable to the harbour area. Close to Starbucks, the Od Spaghetti Factory, etc. A 20min walk to the Fisherman's Wharf. Staff were courteous, friendly and very accomodating. Amenities and room is great with Tyneham products in the bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel and will go back sometime in the future.

If you’re looking for a nice hotel in downtown Victoria, this is the place to stay. Newly renovated rooms super comfortable bed Nespresso machine a fridge. The staff are a fantastic and most have been there for 10+ years. The gym has everything you need while away. The pool was fun, but did have a very strong chlorine smell. We loved the happy hour pricing at the bar every day and the restaurant is great too.

Room was perfect for us. Great view. Comfy couch and chair. Glass wine glasses were nice touch
