Very clean hotel. Quick check in! Great service!

The property was clean and updated which was nice. I didn't like there was no microwave in our room and the Market room wasnt visible. I found it looking for a microwave.

Property was convenient to space center. Safety was not a priority with all card readers to property broke.

Enjoyed

Some employees were very helpful others were not so friendly. The rooms were clean but they provided a false advertisement of what the room would look like. I reserved rooms for King beds with couches neither room had a couch. Overall it’s was a regular hotel but we won’t be coming back Marriott prefe Hilton just thought I’d give this company a try.

Nice hotel. Nothing really close by.

The limited double bed availability wasn’t convenient. The rooms smelled musty and humid. The check in with Namibia was very poor, she’s rude and not helpful.

Clean. Large outdoor Pool nice and warm.

Very nice. Breakfast was really good. But don’t get the butternut squash for dinner unless you like vinegar

The Restaurant food quality and service was poor. The medium-rare burger was well done and burned on its surface. The chicken nuggets were steaming hot when brought to the table unable to eat for 5-10 minutes. No catsup was served with the fries on the chicken nugget platter.

The property was extremely clean and the beds are so comfortable!

The pool was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. It took 4 requests to get new pillows for the room. Awful smell in gym on Friday morning. Could not stay in it. Limited bartending skills. Hard to find just a to go cup of ice water. The sofa in our bedroom was stained and dirty. The sign in the elevator about dining at Southern Chop was misspelled.

Bathrooms had hair in shower and drain was clogged. Huge ball of hair was blocking drain. Gross

Would have liked more cofee pods in room

Halt! Stop! Gehen Sie nicht in dieses Hotel! Ich bin Gold Member bei Hotels.com und ich weiss wie man Buchungen vornimmt. Aber beim Einchecken in diesem Hotel sagte man mir: "sorry, Sir, there's no booking for you! We can't help any further!" Der Not gehorchend habe ich als Walk-In eingecheckt und logischerweise nochmals den vollen Betrag bezahlt. Zuhause hat dann ein Email Verkehr mit Hotels.com statttgefunden, der einen 4cm hohen Papierstapel ausmacht. Und obwohl es eine Confirmation Number vom Hotel gibt wollte man zuerst gar nichts wissen von einer Rückerstattung. Es erforderte einen immensen Druck von Hotels.com bis dann endlich, nach fast einem Monat, die Rückerstattungen vergütet wurden. Danke vielmals den Mitarbeitern von Hotels.com für die Mithilfe! Und dem Hotel kann ich nur raten die Damen an der Reception und/oder die Accountants so schnell wie möglich auszuwechseln! Stop! Don't stay at this hotel! I'm Gold Member at Hotels.com and I know how to make bookings. But when I checked in at this hotel, I was told: "Sorry, sir, there's no booking for you! We can't help any further!" Obeying the emergency, I checked in as walk-in and, of course, paid the full amount again. At home, I exchanged emails with Hotels.com, which amounted to a 4cm-high stack of paper. And even though we had a confirmation number from the hotel, it refused to offer any refunds !!! It took immense pressure from Hotels.com to solve this. Thank you Hotels.com! And shame on that hotel in Huntsville!
