They seized our rooms on very short notice (4 days) to be available for potential victims of flooding in another region. I received a phone call at 10PM from an unidentified number doing so. They would not help us to re-book in another property or even another city even after reaching out multiple times to the local property as well as to Wyndham corporate to try to find alternative accommodations. I fully understand that emergencies happen but you should also try to help your customers to have some sort of viable solution if that happens. I think that potential customers should make their plans to visit this property with the knowledge that this could also happen to them as well.

Check in was a breeze, excellent location a five minute walk to the concert venue, and across the street from the Casino!

Did not stay where reservation was made. Was sent to “sister” hotel. Hyatt Regency When greeted by front staff they tried to upsell an “upgraded room”. By saying our room wasn’t ready when it was ready. Very disappointing to be manipulated

The shower was extremely small. I am only 5 ft but my husband is 6ft and it was difficult for him to move around. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket or comforter was really thin.

Great choices of food and Starbucks Coffee too.

The elevators were horrible we had to wait 15-20 minutes until it stopped at our floor.

Exceptional experience from beginning to end. Staff were always helpful and courteous. My room and the hotel were both very clean and well maintained. Will definitely return
