Only problem is parking cost and distance It’s not convenient for tripping arrivals

i booked using Expedia and when i arrive to the hotel they told me they couldn’t find my reservation and i was forced to book and pay again and because it was late , then asked for refund and it’s been almost a week i still didn’t get my refund .

Hot tub was NOT hot. Front desk was not answering phone which was very inconvenient.

Near fallview casino. Unfortunately, the parking need to pay the parking fee.

I would not recommend this hotel because the cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The room carpet, bed sheets, and bathroom towels were dirty . I strongly advise future guests to bring their own towels and bed sheets because the ones provided were not fit to use. Late at night, when we removed the bed sheet, we discovered that the folded corners tucked under the mattress were dirty, proving the sheets had not been properly changed. When I called the front desk, they insisted the sheets had just been replaced. It wasn’t until I showed them the dirt that they finally admitted the problem and brought clean sheets.

Very disappointed in the lack of service. Make sure to check the view before you accept the room. They overbooked , so when we complained , they were not able to offer me another room.

The room was huge and very well presented. The hotel had great food and entertainment options. I would highly recommend staying. It was nice and close to the railway to save having to walk up and down the hill to the falls.

I don’t like that the room is so expensive and is so small and has no view off the waterfront

Elevator have no ac or fan

Housekeeping very poor. Barely cleaned room. No supplies provided

A/c was very loud and would not turn off. Parking is very expensive,

Two small glitches with customer service but nothing that caused big problems. When I arrived at 4 pm I was told check in started at 4 and my room would be ready in 30-40 minutes. Also I requested towels via text and was told they were delivered and they were not. Everything was clean and location was fantastic.
