Bathroom was completely plugged, tv never worked, not even the phone. We gad to go downstairs to have them fix the toilet but no maintenance on staff, had to wait for them to move us to another room.

Great staff... clean room and grounds. Nice landscaping...great maintenance and housekeeping.

The staff are very nice and professional.

they gave me a room w the tv about to fall off the tv mount. i called and asked about getting help or new room since tv was facing downwards and they told me they knew the tv mounts where like this and limited rooms had the tv installed correctly. why would u set someone in a room with tv mount not installed correctly? sounds like trying to get $ from customers if it falls during their stay. took about 40mins to get another room n i had to call and ask for update. i had things planned and couldnt get a nap in while waiting for a new room. no sorry , no snack or anything given for the inconvenience. hotel room updatess where nice tho. but freeway next to hotel is extremely loud during the day. no breakfast included in stay. and my bed in 215 was super creaky whenever i moved. we ended up leaving friday night instead of Saturday afternoon.

Just stayed for one night, but good stay.

Awsome Hotel.

The location was great and the agents at the desk were helpful and polite. The room and bed were comfy.

When i was walking around the other floors to get ice since the first floor ice machine was broken; i saw feces on the one of the floor, i’m not sure if it was animal or human but it was very disgusting.

The beds weren’t that comfortable. The door seemed as though someone kicked it down and they paid someone under the table to put it back. Just didn’t seem to align all the way. Otherwise the area is nice. Hotel was neat.

Clean quite and very convenient location for university, shops and good service. Liked cafeteria too

If you want peace and quiet, stay somewhere else. If you love paper thin walls so you can hear everything in the next room, hallway and parking lot, then this is the place for you. The bed was so uncomfortable (super soft but not like pillow top stop, like broken springs so the bed had deep dips) that all 4 of us woke up with sore neck and shoulders. There were smashed cockroaches in the hallways. The toiletries in the shower were empty. The restaurant is extremely overpriced. It seemed like the only saving grace of our stay was going to be the pool but as we headed toward the pool, some guy slapped a “pool is closed for maintenance” sign on the door and when I asked if it would be down all night, he completely ignored me and walked off. So not only did the beds suck, the food sucked, the staff sucked. I’m convinced the good reviews on here are paid reviews because they couldn’t possibly have stayed at the same place as I did.

I like having a balcony and everything was clean. I was quite upset the room didn’t have, nor could we get, a microwave. We had to go down to the lobby and use the one in the “gift shop”

The property itself was pretty good. It’s a good location for our needs. The rooms were a little tired. Everything was comfortable and clean not a five star but not a two star it’s fine and we enjoyed our stay. The price was excellent and the staff was wonderful safe area Quiet right off the highway. If we came back to this area and we needed a place, I would stay there again.

Maybe good location

My stay would have been better if the door lock worked, front desk staff was available when you needed assistance, and I could have gone without the guy at the front lobby trying to sell me vacation packages when I was not interested.

Great stay

There was a community microwave in the giftshop and that was the only one. Breakfast was not a buffet-you would choose off a menu. The fitness center wasnt really stocked and the TV didnt work there. The TV in the room also shorted out..

The staff was extremely nice & welcoming! The front desk lady was excellent
