Location is Amazing Front Desk Super nice and Friendly Room is very spacious Will keep returning to his hotel in future

The hotel has an excellent location and was very clean. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud—almost like a tractor—and the walls were so thin that I could hear people in the neighbouring rooms. It was difficult to relax, and I did not sleep properly for two nights. One of the two elevators was also out of service during my stay, although this was not my main concern. Overall, the cleanliness and location were very good, but the excessive noise significantly affected the comfort of the stay.

Clean room, Near restaurant and shopping

The room was clean, spacious - oddly so, with a space big enough to fit a queen bed totally empty. I booked a room with a pull out couch for my son, but there was no bedding for it in the room. When I called down to have some brought up, was informed they were out of bedsheets... which is somewhat surprising. Instead they delivered two blankets, which had the comfort level of coarse sandpaper. So I made a comfortable bed from the sheets on my bed for my son. The indoor pool was another reason I booked - as it is for most parents with kids who stay there. It was fine. But when we went a second time, shortly before it was scheduled to close, there was a bit of trash and wet towels strewn everywhere - it looked as though we'd narrowly missed a party. Towels were provided in the pool area, but alas, they were all gone upon our second visit to the pool. It made for a wet, soggy walk through the lobby back up to our room. not surprising as, on our visit dip, moments after checking in, towels were few and far between already. Despite this, it's definitely not the worst place I've ever stayed, but far from great. It should be noted, however, that the staff, when solicited, were responsive and as helpful as they could be. Would I recommend? Absolutely not. Would I go back? Only if there was nothing else available in the same price range.

This hotel is right in the ByWard Market and close to everything. The staff was helpful.

The rooms were very clean, and the location was great. My only advice, the parking spots are very tight, do not bring a large vehicle!

Great location!

Hotel room was clean. The room was very humid even with the air conditioning running. Felt damp. The elevator was very small and one wasn’t working, the hotel is o it 4 stories however this was a problem and caused a delay for us when we arrived and departure. That was frustrating.

Comfortable bed and big tv with Netflix. However, I didn’t like the bathroom situation with one door for the sink, toilet and shower….irs much more convenient when sharing a room to have privacy while being able to access the sink and mirror at the same time.

Hafe to pay extra for breakfast and parking. Make so much easier if all together.

Exceptional clean room, pleasant staff. Would have liked a better option of food at the hotel however there are plenty of places to eat elswhere within easy walking distance. Great to be able to park at the hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel, front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff was amazing and basically worked around my schedule which was awesome because i had my twins with me and stayed in the room all morning I will be booking this hotel again soon!

Good location, although the area feels somewhat unsafe due to the presence of homeless people on the streets. However, I felt safe walking around. The room was clean and well maintained.

Accommodations were fine. Location was great. Easy walk anywhere in market. Breakfast options very disappointing and not included with room. Cora’s close by so breakfast was ok there. Would stay there again if going to market area
