Fantastic picturesque beautiful hotel great staff and all credit to housekeeping the room was spotless and bathroom sparkling clean. We were dissoppointed to find we were in the Grange mot the main house until after we made the . we decided to continue with the booking as the grange website clearly shows a games room with pool table. We were traveling with a teenager so this was important to us, on arrival not only did we find no games room or pool table we asked at reception to be told it had never been there (photos attached grange website and carpets even the same!!) The Grange itself was lovely and again spotless lovely riverside walk to a wonderful breakfeast The website needs to be clearer on showing facilities not avaliable as it was a shame for our teen.

I’m very much pleased by my overnight stay. There was a problem with the toilet flush which Was resolved to my satisfaction. The waiter service at breakfast was very good. The breakfast was good standard English breakfast. I will stay here again if I need a hotel room in this area.

Nice period main section to the hotel with lovely grounds to enjoy… ducks get fed at 11.00am every day. Restaurant has a really good Indian chef and staff, food was delicious.

Interior was good but the exterior is tired leaking waste pipes outside the kitchen area.

The grounds are beautiful with plenty of space to walk and exercise our dog.

Set in really lovely grounds. Even though I stay for work it never feels like it.

Its ok . Small rooms and a bit different to ehat we expected from pictures. . And for other better places near by the pice is high

The main hotel looked very pretty and the grounds were very well looked after but we were placed in a 2nd hotel (The Grange) which wasn’t very nice really. There was A LOT of noise during the night with doors slamming so would suggest if you stay, you should stay in the main hotel. Having said that, the staff in the restaurant were excellent and the food was outstanding so the service couldn’t be faulted

Not enough staff on the bar and restaurant. Chef wouldn't cook a item on the breakfast menu as they we busy but there was only 3 people eating.

Breakfast is advertised as being from 7am on this website, according to the hotel it is 7:30am. Due to traffic and the roads around this area, I felt unable to stay and have breakfast as I could have been late to work. I do not know who is resposible for adding the breakfast times on here but the start time is misleading. Accommodation good, quiet and plenty of parking space.

Rohan is very professional and very pleasant to deal with

Hotel is a lovely building in quiet area but the rooms let them down, holes in wardrobe

Lit très petit! Pas menu enfant au restaurant d’ailleurs est plus cher que l’hôtel… chaleur très forte dans la chambre… Place vers la grange pas de place de parcking la bas…

Tanisha and the team always treated me great hence why i stay with them 3-5 times a month
