The staff was polite, friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, i would just pay attention to the pool areas need some tlc. Over all everything was good ill be back to this area for sure.

Wrong was dirty pillows has stains on them. The bathroom shower the water ran like a water hose and water is not hot

the place was clean and stuff was pleasant. the guest on the other hand they where loud way after 10pm.

We had a great stay.

Place should be shut down!! Absolutely disgusting.. i will be getting my money back!! Stay as far away from this place as possible!!

When I arrived, my hotel room was not ready and I had to wait for them to find an available room and get it ready. Also, my key stopped working a couple of times and each time had to go to the front desk to get it reactivated. Other than that, room was spacious and big but the bathroom needs some work. Very outdated and needs maintenance.

I was very pleased with my stay. This hotel is going a good job at their updating and renovation project. The room was clean. Refrigerator microwave. Hopefully a coffee machine soon. This hotel has a good future with its upcoming restaurant & additional meeting spaces. Staff was very nice. Wish you the best! Will consider you again. Blessings.

Only needed one night and it was a perfect place to stay. Beds were large. Ac was already on the the room was cool. Good experience

1. New toilet backed up 2. Very poor painting throughout 3. Staff was incompetent 4. Ice machine did not work 5. Dead palmetto bug in hallway 6. Room was being "fogged" when I arrived 7. Internet connection was very poor 8. Elevator controls did not all illuminate leaving doubt if you were actually going to arrive where you were requesting 9. Desk staff was sporadically at main desk 10. Grounds outside were poorly maintained I HIGHLY recommend to AVOID this location

My room was near the back door which they kept propped open the entire time we were there so the workers could go in and out as well as other people would sit out back and drink beer and smoke. There were dumpsters sitting in front of the back door and the back parking lot was a little sketchy. The hotel is under construction but I would not stay there again.

We got the room in the shower head was broke he said he was going change it I left went to the beach came back in he still didn’t change it, so he gave me a new room then the room was real dirty the floor was so dirty the whole bathroom then the ice maker on the first floor is broke then the pool looks so nasty I only got it for the pool so the kids could get it but we didn’t get in because the pool was so nasty in everything around the pool then is this people leaving the back door open so not safe when is kids in the building out there drinking doing whatever it was just to much going on! Never again would we stay there

The Wi-Fi didn’t work. Our door wouldn’t shut so we had to latch it. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Limited amount of rooms available so we were stuck with the issues for the night. It wasn’t horrible as far as it was clean and I saw no bugs. But property is clearly under construction with machinery in parking lot and a lot of property still needing upgrades. Our room seemed newly remodeled with updated bathroom and furniture. Walls were clearly painted over causing doors not to latch properly. Okay for a last minute night but wouldn’t suggest for a planned stay/trip

To be honest there were a few issues in the beginning... BUT they were readily resolved. They are making renovations daily for the better. It was clean and good location. A great lady named Sherry- could NOT have for anyone nicer or accommodating. The indoor pool was not open due to waiting on inspection, but probably is by now. I will stay there again in the future.

Said it had a bar had one wasn't open bed was way to tall to get in want be staying again

stayed the first night open without realizing so did not have any of the offered things that were my only reason for choosing this hotel. pool, breakfast exc. hopefully next time will be better

Hotel itself in process of renovation. Dining room and pool areas still closed but lobby and rooms are all brand new and beautiful. Staff unbelievably courteous and kind and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

Worst experience ever! They cancelled my reservation the morning of my expected arrival and refused to refund my money. The reservation required me to pay in full, up front. They stole my money. Do not stay here.

After bicycling 60 miles, property said machine for door cards was broken and they could not get people into rooms. Excuse does not check out as management, cleaning, and maintenance all have master cards, so it’s a bigger issue. Options given (a) get a refund or (b) wait ~4 hours for a replacement machine may or may not arrive (it didn’t). While looking for other hotels, worker said “If a door is open, I will put you in that room. You just will not be able to leave and lock the door or you’ll be locked out of the room” (ie, if I left the room, I had to keep the door ajar with my valuables in the open/unlocked room). He found a room with an open door and started to process it when a renovator said the room was not available because it was not complete and was in use. Worker found another room with an open door. As I was putting my bicycle in the room he said “Hey you got $10? Common man, I got you in the room.” I had to fight with the deadbolt lock for 10 minutes because the door was not aligned with the door frame. All USB outlets/adapters did not work, except for one. Shower head was dismantled. Door’s towel hook fell off. No WiFi info given. TV was not set up and could not be set up because no WiFi info was given. So bad, I only stayed 1 of 2 nights. Checked out and was told I would be refunded 1 night. Property keeps hanging up on Expedia when Expedia calls to confirm the refund. There are more issues, but not enough space
