The room was hot and the AC did not work I went down and asked for help and no such luck.

Our room was dirty - the shower floor was dirty - the nightstands had crusties from the people before us on them. The reviews and photos online looked great but the hotel itself did not at all look like the photos. The area was sketchy. Would not stay here or recommend.

Have stayed here a couple of times now and its a great hotel! Check in and out is really easy, staff are great, rooms are quiet clean and cozy. We love staying here!!

Beds were more comfortable than most hotels I've been too, minus it was only a thin blanket and sheet with no comforter or duvet, check in line is long when there's concerts but that is to be expected. Will stay again!

we stayed for bryan adams concert- we had supper at the hotel and then walked to rogers place

The staff at this hotel are second to none. Every person we encountered was lovely! Yes, The rooms desperately need to be updated. The furniture and fixtures are ancient. There were extensions cords used for the lamps. The phone was dead. The TV was impossibly small and old. But the bed was comfy and the room was clean. And the price was right! $120 per night for a downtown location. Did I mention how awesome the staff is?

A/C didn’t work, was told they would bring a fan. Asked three times over 5 hours before I got one. For blankets they only give you tiny throw blankets from the 80’s. When I asked about ballet the just kept saying that they have underground parking. May have used to be a nice hotel. But don’t let the lobby fool you.

Some garbage found between the bed and night stand. Heat didn’t work. Maintenance man brought an electric heater to compensate. Average stay at best.

It could use some updating as this property has so much potential.

Love the concierge lounge and restaurants in close proximity!

We arrived around 2 pm and no line up was at the Check-in reception but told Rooms not ready at time then we waited another half hour and stranded in line up for 10 minutes to be told we’ll not be ready until 3.30 then more the 20 Guests walked in and lined up so we had to go in the lineup again for over one hour standing a 69 year old and a sick wife we get Fraustrated waiting in line 3 times and every time we ask if we get called when rooms became available to be told we have to stand on line again

Easy check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms ok typical mid range hotel with great staff.

Hotel is showing its age, but staff were awesome, rooms were clean. Front drop off area is really congested and stressful but other than that an enjoyable experience.
