The beds and the carpet had stains, the toilet seat was broken, the whole room smelled weird the beds where sink to the middle of the bed and the ac never stayed on which made the room hot

Staff was great, the room at the beginning smelled, but it went away. The air conditioning did not work

The staff was very friendly, which I appreciated. However, the photographs for the smoking jacuzzi room were inaccurate and did not accurately represent the room. The room was dimly lit, outdated, and had a sticky floor, which was unpleasant. The main room lacked adequate air circulation and ventilation. only the bathroom had ventilation. The air conditioner was barely functional, resulting in a warm temperature upon arrival that required several hours to cool down.

Great place. Nothing spectacular but staff is very nice, what they advertised they offered so. I would give it a 3/5. Could be more updated and could have more options in the breakfast bar.

Great value. Very clean and nice room. It appears that it was recently remodeled. The check-in staff was awesome.

Our room itself was fine, the bathroom was not the best in terms of cleanliness and had peeling paint. But interactions with staff was terrible. Poor customer service even with check in. When we had questions they were rude and dismissive. We witnessed poor customer service with others as well through check in and check out. Would never go back solely on the negative interactions we had with staff

Just want we needed

Decent for the price. Good Naperville central location. Its carpeted in the rooma and rhata not for everyone. Carpets could use a deep cleaning. Staff was friendly and helpful. 4/5 all the way

By far the worst experience I have had with best Western. I will never return to this location specifically because of how unkind unaccommodating and inconsiderate Management truly is and your money is best spent at the Marriott.
