Great for kids- we loved the outdoor bar while kids played in and around the pool. Location was a bit far from the city.

Hotel hilton danube it's a beautiful hotel on the river with an incredible ambiance if you love the outdoors you will so appreciate this hotel because there are so many places that you can sit, drink, eat, and even swim in their beautiful pool. I have flown from California to Vienna and stay here four times. It's one of my favorite places in the world. Bernard at the reception couldn't have been more welcoming and my housekeeper Vita was it such a kind young woman. The breakfast employees were incredibly efficient and good-natured to successfully deliver in present excellent food for the crowds of customers. The evening staff providing drinks and snacks gracious and attentive. Lastly, the executive Lounge was a sweet addition where once again the staff really went all out to make us feel comfortable. Top notch Hotel in a top notch location highly recommended

Flott rom for 4. Supert med basseng. Nydelig spiseområde ved Donau elven og fantastisk frokost! Vi fikk sjekke inn 4 timer før innsjekking uten ekstra kostnad. Hotellet ligger kun 5 min unna metroen og en kan gå til prater. Likte oss veldig godt. Litt dyr parkering for bilen var eneste minuset.

Our check-in experience with the front desk receptionist was extremely disappointing and set a negative tone for our stay. The receptionist was abrupt, dismissive, and appeared to be focused solely on processing our payment rather than welcoming us as guests. While he was quick to collect payment for our accommodation, he made no effort to provide any useful information about the hotel or our stay. When we sought assistance regarding children’s meal options, hotel facilities, local transport, and Vienna city tours, he either had very limited knowledge or showed little interest in helping us. There was no proactive explanation of the hotel’s amenities, dining options, or services that guests would reasonably expect to be informed about at check-in. A front desk receptionist is often the first impression of a hotel, and unfortunately our experience was far below the standard we would expect. Rather than feeling welcomed and valued, we left the reception desk feeling like an inconvenience. This level of customer service does not reflect the hospitality expected from a hotel of this calibre, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

Hotel bem localizado, c uma linda vista. Boa academia. Café da manhã bom. Quarto estava quente mas a ausência de ar condicionado q funcione é em todo lugar na Europa mesmo essa época do ano. Quarto espaçoso e confortável

Ganz ok, aber würde für den Preis eine Generalüberholung der Zimmer vertragen.

Personal war sehr jung beim Frühstück und in der Bar abends waren sehr überfordert und haben leider oft die Bestellung vergessen. Aber gut jeder muss lernen

Die Lage des Hotels war einzigartig. Pool und Liegen super. Reinigungspersonal unaufmerksam. Kostenloser Wasserspender. Frühstück deckt für alle Nationalitäten etwas ab. Fisch: nur Forelle, kein Lachs. Gab jeden Tag die gleiche Auswahl. Keine Abwechslung. Teesorten nicht alle verfügbar. Kein Nachschub verfügbar. Bedienung unaufmerksam. Preis/Leistung stelle ich in Frage. Keine Lüftung im Bad. Zimmer super klimatisiert. Keine Garderobe. Ansonsten auch zu wenig Haken, wo man mal was aufhängen kann.

Room + Big, great view as I was upgraded to a room in the east side do to very warm West facing rooms + Big TV (I did not use however,) + Fridge + Employee upgrading me to colder room + Breakfast buffet, especially omelets being made fresh % A/C is not powerful enough to keep the room cool... Even set to 19 degrees (min), the temperature was about 24 degrees Outside (33-39 degres) % Fridge temperature not cold enough % no freezer part in fridge % Some employees at Breakfast buffet is removing everything from your table if you leave to regiłl coffee for 1 min... Even when signaling occupancy with a full plate of food... :-/

People working at the hotel is very professional and friendly

We stayed at Hilton Waterfront in Vienna and it’s location on the Danube was absolutely awesome. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed watching the river cruises go by. We walked along the promenade as part of our daily routine. The sumptuous breakfast had a wide variety that catered for every need. The spacious rooms had 2 proper double beds, settee, and working desk. This is truly a magnificent family friendly hotel and highly recommended.

Most of the staff, from house cleaning, to the reception and the restaurant were unfriendly. Also stingy. My wife asked for some tap water and the waiter brought back a glass about 1/3 full. When she asked if he could fill it, he said “no”. The air conditioning in the hotel doesn’t work in the common areas and we would not recommend or want to stay here again.
