Room was clean but the carpet looks extremely dirty or worn out. Staff were friendly but they don’t seem to be very coordinated. We had asked for an extra hour before checking out. They said it should be fine but to call in the morning and confirm. We did, they said ok, and then called us again after asking if we’d made accommodations.

Parking is tight (SUV barely fitted) and expensive for what it was. Room was clean but Heating/Cooling unit was noisy.

Great staff and easy street parking on the weekends in downtown Ottawa, but the rooms need a lot of TLC because they feel like a motel.

Staff were great and location is good. The only thing I didn’t like was that the walls were very thin and I could hear full conversations from neighbouring rooms.

Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, central location, however restaurant and amenities could use an upgrade.

The restaurant was great, very quick service. The location was superb. The beds were way too soft and the sheets were washed in heavy duty starch.i do have very sensitive skin and felt like I was sleeping on sand paper. The staff were very helpful trying to show us how to work the air conditioner. The lemon water at the entrance was a lovely touch! Unfortunately I will not be able to stay there again because of the soft beds and the starch in the sheets

I think it would be helpful to know I’m booking a room where the window is facing a no sunlight and just a wall. I had to keep all the lights on even in the day since it was dark the whole time!

One of the best hotels that I have stayed. The building is well maintained and the staff is friendly and professional. The concierge was very knowledge and extremely friendly. He made multiple recommendations that we followed and they were perfect and to the point. Just lovely!!!

Close to sight seeing. Quiet neighbourhood at night. Enjoyed our stay!
