Washer dryer out of order, pool out of order, elevator out of order, parking system out of order...still charged $18 a day for parking...sheets were dirty, reserved 2 queen beds got 2 double beds...brutal.

The elevators were broken and the AC in the room was messed up and su loud you couldn't sleep.

Had to switch rooms because of stained sheets and towels. Pool is advertised, however pool is in renovation mode at this time.

Pool was closed and parking is not free

The room was very nice and perfect for the night. The issues where having no working elevators. There were handicap people climbing the stairs, I felt awful for them. Another issues was having to ask for towels. There were no bath towels provided. I had to go and ask for towels from the front desk and had to ask for an extra because I needed one for my hair. That was an inconvenience to say the least.

The facility looked brand new. Very clean, great breakfast options, Room was very spacious and bathroom was very clean and bright.

Overall an average hotel. Its close to the road so expect lots of noise. The carpet in the room and hallway had a funny smell, but I guess thats expected from carpet in a high traffic area. Bathroom was clean, I really appreciated that.

My stay was for 3 nights and each night it was extremely loud. I advised the hotel staff, however nothing was done.

I was looking forward to being by the pool during my syay, but when checking in I was then told that the pool was closed for renovations. The area outside was not the best,

My stay at the Hotel was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone coming to Baltimore

Room was clean and modern. Only thing that was sub par was street noise.

The room was clean for the most part. I seen a roach right before checkout. Our room key stoped working 3 times. There were homeless people sleeping on hotel property. The elevator was soo slow we took the stairs every time. Breakfast was included with our stay but when I went to get a yogurt there was a lock on the refrigerator. The only good thing about this location was that it is close to the casino. We will not be staying at this property again.

The room and property were great ! But i didnt like that i payed for parking and the gate was wide open at night for anybody to come in. I also didnt like that despite how hot it was the pool was not open. I think transparency is key and that should be known before booking because it allows you to make the right decision based on the circumstances. To me if you stay at an hotel an the pool isn't you shouldnt be charged for an amenity thats not avaliable fir you to use

Only downfall was the pool is not open (definitely under construction)… when I booked the hotel months ago this was not mentioned and I was never informed so on a extremely HOT day, my kids were not super happy when they found out!!

I like that the hotel was pretty clean, and the shower too. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice too.

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express’ around the country. This is, by far, the worst one I have stayed in and would definitely not go back. The bathroom had a very noisy fan that you couldn’t turn off. Very noisy area. As soon as we walked in the room, my son said to me exactly what I was already thinking… “I’m glad we’re on my staying here one night.”

Parking was not included

Nice close to casino.

Great new hotel 🏨 but the area around it was so so due to casino proximity. Expected Extra pay for parking 🅿️ was ok and safe.
