Muy buena ubicación ,buena atención en general de todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel

El hotel cumple, la ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno bien surtido y de buena calidad aunque la atención es caótica. El personal de recepción muy amable.

Excellent stay for Barcelona. Good location that is walking distance to the majority of the sights. Excellent restaurants in short distance too. Very friendly staff and an awesome pool deck with great views of the city.

Room needed a refresh. Cracked tile grout, rusting radiator, bad fixes everywhere, paint where it shouldn't be, wardrobe light was irritating to turn off as it was linked to the doors being open, and they didn't close properly. The swimming pool area is in need of a refresh too, rusting screws, warped boards amongst other things. We were woken up by a shower being used at 2am, so it's not sound proofed well. Our room had two beds pushed together, with separate sheets and duvets, rather than a single duvet for us to share. Staff frequently using the one lift to the rooftop bar/pool, so getting up can take a long time. Certainly not 5* quality.

スタッフは、みなさんとても明るく親切丁寧な対応でした。 女性の方で、日本に住んでいたことのある方がいて、日本語で対応して頂けました。 シャワーもしっかりした水圧、備え付けのドライヤーの風もバッチリ！ コーヒーメーカーあり、いつでもホットコーヒーが飲めます。 ティーパックもあり。 アレクサがあったが、スペイン語のみ反応。英語で話しかけてもだめでした。 街の真ん中にあり、移動にも好都合でした。 カタルーニャ広場へも歩いてすぐ。 屋上からは、サグラダ・ファミリアも見えて、眺めが良かったです！

Overall, a good stay. The room was basic but clean, comfortable, and quiet—did the job. Bathroom was a bit cramped, with a small basin, and storage in bedroom could’ve been better (more drawer space would help). The low shower was slightly awkward, likely because it was an accessible room. The standout was the rooftop bar—great spot to unwind after a long day. Location is a major plus: right in central Barcelona with everything within easy walking distance and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Only real downside was breakfast—it was fine, but not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. All in, a solid, well-located hotel that delivers where it matters.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Reception staff is rude. However the concierge is great. They bring your bags to your room and help with restaurant recommendations. Rooms are clean and nice.
